Kim Richards Calls Out Lisa Rinna & Eileen Davidson’s Hypocrisies And Disingenuous Apology #RHOBH

Kim Richards RHOBH

Kim Richards was absent most of this season on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, but I can’t say I missed her. I was glad she stepped back and regrouped (except for the Mother/Daughter Experiment she filmed with daughter, Kimberly).

It would have been nice if Lisa Rinna had gotten the memo that Kim was taking a break. Unfortunately, when Rinna wasn’t talking about Yolanda Hadid and the M-word, she was calling Kim “dangerous” and “gross,” showing little compassion, considering her own half-sister died of an overdose.

“I have to be honest and say that I didn’t get to see the whole season. I was really focusing on myself, my family and taking care of my best friend. But from what I did see, things seemed to only get worse with Lisa Rinna… I always seemed to be a constant topic of conversation for her and Eileen. I’m a little baffled as to how after almost two years of some sort of a personal attack on me…I didn’t feel like I got a proper or sincere apology.”

Ironic, isn’t it, that Rinna and Eileen Davidson hounded Lisa Vanderpump relentlessly, insisting her apologies were never good enough? Yet Eileen dubbed Kim “rude” and kept bringing up her behavior from last season. Meanwhile, Rinna kept rambling “that was then, this is now” instead of offering a sincere apology. A little forgiveness would have kept them from looking like the mean girls they really are. Or they could have at least tried to fake it. They are actresses, after all.

Lisa and Eileen have been talking about my friends and me since day one. I live in the now, not the past, and I don’t even choose to go into the future. So accepting an apology and moving forward is what I’m all about–if it is genuine. But I did not feel Lisa or Eileen were genuine. I feel bad about that. But I mostly feel bad for them.”

I doubt Kim really feels bad for them, but A+ for effort. On the home front, Kim has been grieving the loss of Monty.

Monty was the best friend I’ve ever had. I miss him every day, but he has given me a new strength I never even knew! … Monty is up there watching over all of us. He is now our true guardian angel!”

Kim has good news, though.

“By now I’m sure you’ve heard the news that I am going to be a grandma. My daughter Brooke and son-in-law Thayer are expecting a little boy! I can’t wait for this exciting new chapter in our lives. I am thrilled and excited to be Grandma.”

Kim is making strides with sister, Kyle, too.

“Also, this last year with my sister Kyle was a difficult time, and I missed her a lot. It was a rough one, but I am grateful to be where I am today… Of course Kyle and I had to be ready in our time and do the work ourselves. But it was encouraging to hear about other sisters in our corner. So many thanks to all of you.”

It’s been difficult, watching Kim struggle season after season. I hope she makes it this time. I imagine that despite all the privileges she had growing up, her life hasn’t been easy.

So, did you miss Kim? And will she and Kyle be able to move ahead or will their past always drag them down?
