‘Shahs of Sunset’ GG & Jessica Parido Sit Down To Discuss Their Beef Over Mike’s Sexual Advances Towards GG

The Shahs of Sunset are back tonight!

Bravo’s reality show, which follows a group of Persian pals in Los Angeles who love to party, will begin its fifth season on Sunday, April 10 – and it promises to be wilder and more emotional than ever.

In tonight season 5 premiere, newlywed Mike tells wife Jessica that he’s finally ready to reconnect with his old friends. But when the group comes together at Shervin’s 35th birthday party, a troubled GG threatens to ruin the celebration. In the clip below, GG and Jessica sit down for a heated one-on-one to air their grievances over Mike making inappropriate advances towards GG in Turkey. Can they put last season’s drama behind them?

The most emotional scenes for the season are from Mike and Jessica Parido. After getting married last March, viewers will go inside the last days of the couple’s relationship, which quickly goes south just months after their wedding. “I want her back,” Mike moans, but Jessica seems certain she doesn’t want to reconnect after learning Mike cheated on her.

New friend to the group is Shervin Roohparvar, a Silicon Valley entrepreneur who has found success in the tech, nightlife, and retail industries, but not yet love. “A 35-year-old Persian man is supposed to be married… I’m definitely not there,” he explains. 

Also in tonight’s episode, Reza reveals to Asa that he’s finally ready to marry Adam, after reflecting on last year’s broken engagement.

The new season of Shahs of Sunset premieres tonight (Sunday, April 10) at special time 9|8c. Beginning April 17, it will air in its regular time slot at 8|7c.
