‘RHOBH’ Erika Girardi’s Husband’s Lawsuit For Swindling $130 Million Dismissed

The million dollar lawsuit against Erika Girardi’s husband has been dismissed. Tom Girardi, esquire extraordinaire, has successfully won this case, but don’t think it’s over. Girardi is ready to serve a cold dish of revenge to the other attorney.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star’s husband was being sued for misappropriating funds awarded in the 2001 Lockheed Martin class-action lawsuit that settled for $130 million. According to Girardi, this is the fourth time attorney Paul Kranich has brought a lawsuit against Girardi’s law firm.

“First of all, the Lockheed litigation was 20 years ago.” Girardi told Radar, “Dion-Kindem went and he sued us. The court threw the whole thing out, said ‘forget about it, there’s no merit, etcetera.’”

Except this was just the beginning and Girardi-Keese was sued again.

“Then he goes off and files another case! He goes door to door and got another guy and filed this thing. This is the fourth time he’s sued us.”

But Girardi has big plans in store for opposing counsel.

“I think this is a matter for the State Bar. And I think the judge when the judge hears these facts, he’ll sanction the heck out of him. Then we’re going to sue him.”

Girardi doesn’t hold back. He thinks the attorney is nuts!

“This is crazy,” he said. “It’s one thing if you file a case and maybe it isn’t quite correct, but once you’re told by the court that this is baloney, to go turn around in federal court and go file another one? I think he’s just nuts!”
