Lisa Vanderpump Says Lisa Rinna & Eileen Davidson “Denigrate” Her Character To Validate Their #RHOBH Jobs!
Lisa Vanderpump ain’t going down without a fight, y’all. Her blog this week proves that. In the past, Lisa has sometimes let things slide, like her skirmishes with Kim Richards. She’s definitely defended herself against attacks (wagging a finger at you Brandi Glanville). But this week, our English rose of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills takes aim and fires. Target effing engaged, mmmkay?
First, her royal Pumpiness tells us why she couldn’t make it Yolanda Hadid’s Lyme Extravaganza.
“I couldn’t go as it was noticed that I had only five months left on my passport and that is unacceptable when traveling to United Arab Emirates. It was all a bit of a panic to renew it in four days. The thought of going all the way to London 22 hours there and back was not something I relished, especially as we had another long flight to Dubai the next day…”
I hope she flew private to London because LVP was clocking some serious hours in the air. Next, she touches on her son, Max.
“We witness Max receive his new car. He deserved it, and yes, my kids are very appreciative as I have spoilt them with love, good upbringing and education, but they have been kept on a tight rein financially (Pandy waited tables through college, Max still does).”
Here’s my totally biased opinion: I love Lisa Vanderfabulous. And if she wants to give her kids a whole fleet of cars, I do not care, people. It’s her money. She made it. She can spend it any way she likes.
And now (I’m rubbing my hands together in delicious glee, which makes it hard to type, but I can multitask like that) here comes the good stuff. LVP addresses Lisa Rinna’s assertions that she was manipulated by the chess master to bring up Munchhausen in the first place. LVP puts the brakes on that talk.
“When LR came to my disco and read verbatim the meaning of Munchausen‘s…I do believe I said, “I don’t think we should be talking about this.” Now if I was encouraging her to bring that to the forefront, obviously she would have reacted vehemently to that statement. Not so.”
Point for LVP! And furthermore:
“…I had, much to my chagrin now, defended LR, trying to appease the situation, explaining that…she was only guilty of repeating it… The most important factor is somebody is being economical with the truth. I would not have instigated Munchausen’s, because I didn’t support that theory. Yes, of course I had questioned the constant “sick selfies” but to her [Yolanda’s] face at EJ‘s barbecue–it was not included.”
Hmm. “Economical with the truth.” That’s a fancypants way of saying Rinna is a liar who lies.
And then this happened:
“Now if all I had to offer was to have my ass waxed on a dirty carpet or run my lines or even pulling down old curtains, maybe then I would feel the pressure to spend all season attempting to denigrate the character of my “friend,” to validate my position as a Housewife, with bitter diatribe…”
I’m clutching my pearls, y’all. LVP just took it there. She just put those beyotches on notice. And I LOVE her for it.
As for all that bullshit about being a manipulator, well, Lisa has a few choice words about that, too.
“I also have little understanding how these “strong, independent women…blah blah blah” can rely on the feeble excuse that they are manipulated…What? Are we 12? Do we not have a modicum of sense? Make our own decisions? I most definitely see a certain somebody pulling strings, directing the conversations.”
Game, set, match to Vanderpump. Oh, and one more thing, Eileen Davidson.
“With regard to ED‘s last blog, I hear many of you on social media, and yes, humor is something that provokes laughter. I didn’t hear any. The caustic remarks resonated for sure. At least if you don’t support our plight, have some sensitivity to a fellow Housewife’s passion.”
All right now, kittens. How are you feeling about LVP’s feistiness? Fair or unfair? Do we believe Rinna or are we siding with my girl crush, Vanderpump?
