Not much happened on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills this week. Yolanda Hadid gave a speech in New York and received an award for her Lyme disease. Sadly, it was not in the shape of a lime, which would have been awesome. Kyle Richards dressed like a pilgrim during the gala and acted remorseful for gossiping about Yolanda’s illness. Then finally, the ladies took off to Dubai.

But first, Eileen Davidson thought Yolanda’s speech was beautiful and inspiring. Some of us were inspired to head to the kitchen and grab a bag of Cheetos during Yolanda’s yawn-inducing Lyme talk. (Which, by the way, will probably be her new podcast. Lyme Talk with Yolanda! I won’t be tuning in for that either.)

“I wasn’t able to make it in person because of work, but watching Yolanda’s speech at the Global Lyme Alliance gala…Seeing the massive number of other people suffering from, and affected by, Lyme gives credence to Yolanda’s journey, and how she chooses to raise awareness of it.”

Eat a Cheeto every time someone talks about a journey. You might need two bags for this exercise.

When the ladies headed to the airport, Eileen thought she was going to spend the next few days picking turnips and dressed accordingly by donning overalls and a floppy hat. What a shock it must have been when she landed in the Middle East instead of the Midwest.

“Getting to Dubai was a journey. When we arrived, it was like we’d been flown to another planet. The hotel was extravagant, over the top, and definitely “other worldly.” Since swearing is a punishable offense, I guess I’ll have to get really creative in my communication this week.”

Yeah, you do that, Eileen. Anyhoodle. In Dubai, she slept with the fishes.

“I’m so glad I called dibs on the underwater “suite,” a word I’ll use loosely, because it was about 10 times the size of my first apartment. I also didn’t have to share a room with anyone.”

During dinner the first night, talk turned back to Yolanda and her invisible illness. Lisa Rinna called bullshit on the fact that Yolanda was still holding a Munchhausen grudge, but could forgive Brandi Glanville for calling her daughter, Bella, an alcoholic. Also, Yolanda managed to spend the day with Kim Richards and Brandi, but flaked out on Erika Girardi’s party. Rinna’s indignation was full of righteous.

Lisa R. is still processing her feelings, and I am still having a hard time understanding them.”

And as for keeping Brandi around, Eileen stands up for Yoyo.

“Personally, I believe it is Yolanda’s decision who she hangs out with. Just when I thought we’d finally moved on and could enjoy our first dinner, other grievances were resurrected. Erika’s dinner party was brought up, as well as the weird gossip-double-cross of Kathryn about Lisa V.

Of course grievances were aired. These women aren’t friends and the only time they get to talk about their beefs are when the cameras are rolling. What’s so hard to understand about that?

All right, kittens, should we all take up a collection to hire Eileen a stylist? Someone start another GoFundMe page, stat! And am I the only one who thinks Eileen is a dull addition to the show? I won’t be sad if she doesn’t return next season.
