Torn between two lovers? It depends who you ask on The Real Housewives of Atlanta.
If you ask Sheree Whitfield, she still accuses her ex Bob Whitfield of hooking up with his so-called “best friend” Tammy McCall Browning. But if you ask Tammy, she says not now and not ever. As you saw on the season finale of RHOA, Bob didn’t know what to say, but he’s talking now.
“Because Tammy is of the era when me and Sheree’s relationship became tumultuous, I think Sheree won’t let the sleeping dogs lie,” Bob told Radar. “I still feel that it’s unresolved maybe?”
Maybe? Many think it’s resolved in Sheree’s mind – and she thinks the two best friends spent vertical time hanging out. But Bob has a solution.
“That’s my friend over there,” he said of Tammy. “So I won’t commingle.”
“For most people, I think that they would have a real enjoyment to have two people to covet,” he admitted. “And there’s different types of experiences with everybody, so it’s not going to be the same conversation between the two people. So I always looked at it like you can have friends and lovers, [just don’t] commingle the two.”
Bob and Sheree have been reconnecting this season after a pleasant exchange at one of their kid’s birthday party. And Sheree took Bob with her to Jamaica for the group trip. Can this broken relationship be mended?
“It was kind of a festive occasion and it was a bowling alley party,” Bob said. “So now drinks are involved, jokes are involved, different type of mood. So then it’s like, ‘Let’s try breakfast…’ take it easy and just go little bit by little.” Bob added, “We had our differences and our problems, but I never just gave up on her.”
And he never gave her the seven-figure settlement either.
