#RHOBH Feud: Lisa Vanderpump Blasts Eileen Davidson For Constantly Slamming Her Character!
Lisa Vanderpump must have an invisible target etched onto her back that only other Real Housewives of Beverly Hills can see. Season after season, we’ve witnessed the other women aim, shoot, and try to take her down without success. This year, Erika Girardi, Eileen Davidson, and Yolanda Hadid have her in their crosshairs, but Lisa ain’t going down with a fight, y’all.
“The strangest part of this whole experience is the false sense of security as you invest in new friendships…friendships you believe have some sort of longevity, only to see them shattered as you witness the vicious statements in the confessionals and the unseen footage… I had not a clue that I was the primary subject of discussion between some of the women.”
First up, Eileen and her desperate need for some sort of mea culpa from LVP concerning questions about Eileen’s husband, Vince. Eileen didn’t like the word “affair”, even though that seems to be a fairly accurate assessment of how her relationship with Vince began.
“…I was disappointed to see some keep initiating negativity regarding my character. Eileen seemed to be like a dog with a bone, not willing to let it go.”
Eileen seems pretty insecure to me. She’s holding onto this discussion like a kid holding tight to a balloon string, afraid to let go. Eileen claims she only wants LVP to acknowledge her feelings, but I have a feeling unless Lisa opens a vein to prove her remorse for playing quiz master, Eileen will never be happy.
Then there’s Erika. When Lisa and Ken met with Erika and her husband, Tom, they seemed to have a good time. Tom compared Lisa to an alligator lying in wait, ready to snap. She just rolled with it.
“I absolutely had not embraced Erika‘s husband’s veiled insult. I believed it to be playful. It was his first time with any of the group, and I didn’t want to cause a problem, but contrary to what Erika states in the park, that I enjoy that label…I don’t.”
And Yolanda is determined to talk shit behind Lisa’s back at every opportunity. But Lisa continues to try and set the record straight.
“I will always confront things head on…to speak to Erika face to face, gently asking why on earth she would speak of me like that to Kathryn. I went straight to Erika, to her face (hardly a sniper’s tactic). I also went directly to Yolanda, reassuring her there was no negativity regarding her children, and I asked Eileen, “Are we good?” I was not huddling in a group at the end of the table or meeting later in the park to speak detrimentally about them.”
Lisa asked a simple question of Erika. (Maybe she needs to stop asking questions with these ladies. They seem to spaz out with each new query.)
“It was an innocuous question to Erika: How long had she known Yolanda? How sinister is that? When Kathryn was introduced, it was understood immediately the length of time she had known Rinna. I understand that to be a basic question when meeting somebody for the first time through a mutual friend.”
When Kathryn Edwards relayed Erika’s cruel words about Lisa, she took a lot of flak. But Lisa thinks Kathryn was trying to be kind.
“I think too much has been made of Kathryn making the web comment, but now I view the footage I realize that she protected me, only giving me an inkling of what had been said, gently giving me the heads up that all was not as I believed. Of course I would’ve learned about this later, but as a friend she was enlightening me now but minimizing the backstabbing statements…”
I think LVP gave the new ladies a fair chance. She may have been a little salty toward Erika at first, but I don’t think there was any ill intent.
“My tendency is to take people at face value, to believe what they show you until proven otherwise.”
So what’s your take on the situation? Is LVP a manipulator, as the other ladies have claimed for several seasons now? Is she an alligator or a just a wily broad with a posh accent and an animal hoarding problem?
