The Real Housewives of New Jersey lives, despite a growing number of  fans losing interest in the floundering franchise.

All About the Tea has exclusive information, detailing how Bravo plans to spice up a season that is shaping up to be a crushing bore. As reported, the season will wrap with Teresa Giudice’s triumphant return to the top — with an alleged purchased spot on the New York Bestseller List, to prove it. However, the footage being gathered just isn’t going to cut it according to our source, who explains,

“Bravo has extended the filming period to the end of April. The filmed footage is boring, and there is no meat. Bravo knows that they need to capture more, because there is no interesting storyline going on.”

Bravo banked the entire franchise on Teresa Giudice’s release from prison, and the strategic decision is proving to be a questionable one. Another source dished,

“This whole zen Teresa is not working. Producers know that they have to create pockets of tension in order to up the drama. Teresa is boring, and the fans are not going to be happy.”

Is ANYONE surprised? Rather than keeping the Jersey train rolling, Bravo chose to keep fans waiting, heightening anticipation and expectation, all on a complete wildcard.

Giudice’s reality star crashed and burned long ago, and Bravo expects a prison-torn felon to bring it like it was 2010. The awkward, Teresa Checks In series, the prison photos, and the continuously leaked stories of inmate antics led to a glut of overexposure that may indeed  prove to be fatal.

Judging by social media, Teresa Giudice has lost her star-power, and her brand no longer exists. Bravo is being forced to crank up the contrived histrionics, because without the reinvention of a failed strategy — this show has no chance.
