The moment we’ve all been waiting for. The girls finally have a classic “sit down” in a warehouse like gangstas. The music made it sound like Drita was doing a death march. Did they get physical? No. They were ladies. They all owned up to their stuff, and apologized. Problem solved and issues squashed. Right?
So Renee takes her son AJ and girlfriend Andrea to an ice bar. She hired a “Medium” to get rid of the ghosts. It’s time for them to move in. She practically has them married already geeze. In order to ensure they come live with her, she bribes them with expensive watches. Apparently Renee’s dad was fond of bribing his kids to behave. AJ and Andrea agree to live with Renee part time. Renee says part time is better than no time. AJ says next time she wants to bribe him, do it at a place you don’t have to wear heavy jackets.
Marissa’s in NYC with her boyfriend “Oz’s” sister August for a shopping trip. August is the sister she never had. They go into a jean shop. Marissa wants to get her boyfriend a nice gift, and she’s a designer whore. August says she’s never seen her brother so happy. August asks about all the girls. Marissa says she’s still getting to know the girls. August has known the girls since they were kids. Marissa fills August in on her conversation with Drita about snubbing her. She says Drita was super sweet. Not what she expected. She’s over it. Marissa also talks about her beef with Brittany. She’s a flip flopper, and a pigeon. She’s staying tame to “keep the peace,” but if she pushes the “Tiger Marissa” will come out.
The girls (Minus Marissa, and Drita) go out for drinks. Big Ang asks Karen about Storm. Karen says they moved past their problems, but he better not piss her off. When Brittany sits down she says hi to everyone. Big Ang brings up Marissa and her flip flopper comment. Renee adds her two cents, but that doesn’t matter. Anyway, Karen is like COME ON! They’re supposed to be getting along. Carla and Ang elaborate on the flip flopper comment. In The Hamptons, Brittany was “Team Karen” when Drita was calling her phoney. Then at Ang’s party, she was Drita’s bestie. Renee says Marissa thinks her loyalty should be to Karen. Brittany says she is loyal to Karen, but that doesn’t mean she can’t get along with Drita. Brittany wonders why Marissa is so concerned with what she’s doing? She thinks Marissa is trying to sabotage her relationship with the other girls. It’s desperate. Brittany says she doesn’t know how long the conversation would last. She hates Marissa. She wants to punch her in the face. Renee says it’s not that serious. Sit down and talk it out. Karen says everyone is entitled to have their friends. She has no problem with Marissa. This new “war” puts Karen in the middle. Karen has history with both Marissa and Brittany’s loved ones. Brittany puffs out her chest like a tough girl. She says Marissa has her blood boiling.
At Carla’s house, she’s packing up. She’s finally moving after living in the same house for thirteen years. She’s lived in the house when she was married, when her husband was locked up, and after she got divorced. Time to move on. Her kids aren’t feeling the same way. They aren’t happy about moving away from their friends. Carla says it’s five-minutes away, but too far to walk. Her son Joseph has a rebellious streak. Carla calls her ex for some support, but he’s no help. He says instead of pouring a cap of water on his sister’s head, he should pour the entire bottle. Oy Vey! Dad promises to have a conversation with their son about not listening to his mom.
Carla, Marissa, Drita, and Karen go out for drinks. This is Carla burying the hatchet with her ex bestie. Carla is excited she closed on both of her houses today. The one she sold, and the one she’s buying. The next party will be a house warming party. Drita is happy everything has been resolved. She wants it to stay this way. Drita takes this opportunity to ask Marissa about the issue with Brittany. She’s confused. Marissa says she doesn’t have a problem with Brittany. Marissa explains what she meant when she called Brittany a flip flopper. Drita defends Brittany. Marissa doesn’t care what Brittany does, but she cares enough to say something. Marissa is defensive. She thinks Drita doesn’t respect “her brother’s” girl. Marissa says she doesn’t start things, but she 100% finishes it. If she wants to hash things out, she has to come at her “monotone.” Drita says Brittany told her Marissa backed down about the lush comment. She adds Brittany made it seem like Marissa isn’t a threat to anyone.
Renee decided to redecorate. AJ’s moving in with his girlfriend, so she wanted to make the room nice for both of them. Ang arrives, and takes a peek. AJ’s room has awards from school and it’s basically decorated like a little kid. Ang offers her interior decorating skills because Renee’s interior design skills suck. It might help if Renee didn’t smoke a joint before she decided to redesign her son’s bedroom. I agree with Ang. Renee is a lost cause.
Karen’s daughter became a teenager overnight. Karen takes Karina to get her nails done. Karina has finally adjusted to New York. She has friends, and it’s a little more multicultural. Karina wants to be a model, so her mom is going to help in any way she can. Karen refuses to become Kris Jenner because she sold her daughter’s sex tape. If Karina does porn, she’ll kill her.
Another showdown. This time Marissa and Brittany will be working out their issues. Brittany wants to pound Marissa’s face in. The other girls have a divide and conquer strategy. They want to calm Brittany down before she talks to Marissa. Karen has different ideas. No back and forth. Just talk it out like adults. In Karen’s defense she is in a weird position. Karen’s be direct like adults’ strategy causes problems with Brittany who just wants to pound Marissa’s face into next week.
Finally, Brittany and Marissa are face to face. Brittany asks what her fu*king problem is. Marissa says she doesn’t have a problem. Brittany says Marissa is constantly paying attention to what she’s doing. Renee does admit to calling Brittany “Drita’s cheerleader.”
Brittany’s had enough of the civil talking stuff.
Fists start flying. Like always, it’s a teaser for next week!
