RECAP: Love & Hip Hop New York – Creep Squad Ambush! [Season 6, Episode 8]

Holy Moly we start with the Moe/Bianca studio drama. Bianca throws her drink at Moe. Yandy’s pissed because Bianca stormed into HER studio session. She wants the girls to put their beef aside and get back to making money. Moe’s not going to fight Bianca, and disrespect Yandy. She wants to work. Moe talks smack about getting back to work, then working Bianca over later. Cardi B is happy she didn’t break any nails or lose her wig during the studio fight and thinks Moe’s all talk. No action!

Mariah Lynn has always been the rock in her family. Sometimes she feels weak. She’s received some devastating news, and she needs a shoulder to lean on. She couldn’t reach her current boothang Cisco so she went to visit his creep squad rival, Rich Dollaz. They’ve been friends for years, so he understands her struggles. Her mom got arrested AGAIN. She’s stressed because her mom is also in her third trimester of pregnancy, and she has no bail. Rich is the voice of reason. He says they need to first get a lawyer to figure out what’s going on. Funny story. Rich met Mariah’s mom in Central Booking NY lock up. She was getting processed in while he was getting processed out. She yelled at Rich for boinking her daughter. Rich says sometimes emotions can be great for writing music. Mariah wants Rich to “save the day” and get her in the studio. Rich says not so fast. He’s turned over a new leaf. No more boinking his artists. He rather have a personal relationship with Mariah.

Onto Dirty Feet Pete Peter Gunz’ love triangle. He says everytime he takes a step forward, something pulls him back to a bad place. He’s moving forward with Amina after her abortion, but he can’t keep the news of Tara’s pregnancy from her. He hopes Amina doesn’t give up on them. Amina wants to know what Peter’s bad news is. Peter’s never been so afraid to tell the truth. (Is this the reason he creeps all the time?). After some mumbling, Peter finally utters the words that shatters Amina’s heart in a million pieces — Tara’s pregnant!!

Amina says “Tell me you’re lying. Tell me you’re joking.” Then she has a total meltdown. She asks how Tara can be pregnant when she just killed her baby.

Poor Amina’s going to need tranquilizer after this news. Amina says Peter’s put her through so much. She didn’t think it could get any worse. Think again honey! Tara’s used the kids to stay close to Peter. Now it’s going to get worse! Peter begs her to forgive him, but she kicks him to the curb again. She calls him evil.

Moving on, Cisco is back in town and Mariah pays him a visit. She informs him that Rich was a great support when she was falling apart over her mom. In a Talking Head, Mariah says Rich is a thing of the past, she’s much more interested in putting her energy into the future. Her “future” is Cisco. Mariah admits she reached out to Rich when Cisco couldn’t be there for her crisis. Cisco was in Atlanta dealing with his kids. Cisco says they were getting close before his trip. He was hoping they could take things to the next level when he got back. Then he finds out her past is much more present than it should be. Out of all the guys it has to be Rich Dollaz? Cisco gives her an ultimatum. She can be with him or be with Rich. 

Mariah says the decision has been easily made. She wouldn’t be meeting him if she didn’t want him. Cisco says she needs to make that clear. (To Rich) Mariah says she will make it clear. Cisco says no going back and forth. Mariah says she isn’t. Cisco doesn’t believe a word Mariah’s saying. Rich is a grade-A creep. Cisco says it’s time to go get checked (for STD’s) so they can take things to the next level. Especially if she’s screwing Rich. Mariah’s insulted. They agree to go together to get checked together. Cisco says he’ll find out eventually if Mariah’s creeping with Rich.

Across town, Cardi B focusing on her music, and she decided to play a little of it for her little sister. She wants an opinion from someone who’s young. Her sister likes it. Cardi says she’s not worried about her man who’s locked up. She’s focusing on making money. Well, Cardi is off the market. She’s marrying her jailbird boyfriend. She thinks it’s badass to marry someone who’s locked up. She’s not into the traditional marriage stuff. She rather get married in jail like a gangster. That’s her style. She hasn’t signed the marriage papers yet, but she loves her some jailbird Tommy. Her sister wants Cardi to wait till he gets out of jail. She’s worried about what would happen if he gets out. Cardi says if he cheats on her it’s over. Her sister says make sure she hits him with a prenup.

Bianca thinks Yandy working with Moe shows her disloyalty. Yandy says “Hurricane Bianca” has entered the building, and she still hasn’t calmed down. After Bianca rants about Yandy’s disloyalty, Yandy lays it out for her. She paid for the record, so she can do what she wants with it. Bianca says she was being sneaky. Yandy says she’s a grown woman. She doesn’t have to be sneaky. Bianca needs to stop worrying about Yandy’s business. Bianca’s not new to the game. She knows records can go to many artists before it lands on the artist it’s supposed to be. It’s up to Yandy to decide which artist sounds the best. Yandy gives Bianca some much needed advice. There’s always going to be a Moe in this World. The only person holding back her success is herself. She’s tired of the peptalks. Bianca knows she needs Yandy, so she’s going to try hard to control herself from now on.

DJ Self has gone from DJ to artist. He’s debuting his new single “I Got The Juice.” The club seems to be enjoying the song. It takes confidence to put out music. Rich hasn’t seen Self in a while so he’s excited to catch up. Rah also came out to support Self. She also wants both of her artists to be part of the “Gwininfest” coming up. When Rah says she’s working with Mariah Lynn, Rich perks up. She was just asking him for help right? Self is shocked Mariah Lynn switched management and BBOD broke up. He can’t keep up with these female MC’s. They better leave the drama out of Gwininfest, and bring the skills. Self wants to make stars. He wants everyone to practice, and be ready. Rah talks about Mariah being a beast, and she’s focused on her career. Rah also drops a bomb when she says Mariah is with Cisco. Apparently, Mariah has been doing more than crying on Rich’s shoulders. (Shocker!) Rich says Mariah was at his house two days ago. He doesn’t know if she told Cisco.

Amina meets with Peter’s daughter for some support. Tara keeping the baby pushed her over the edge. Amina says Peter was trying to be the husband she wanted him to be. Then Peter says Tara’s pregnant. His daughter is speechless. She’s seen this over and over. When does it stop? Amina isn’t sure what she wants to do. She knows she has to talk to him. Amina doesn’t know what she’s feeling or what she wants right now.

Cardi B says stripper money is good, but she has bigger dreams. She meets with her manager, Shaft, to discuss career plans. Her manager just closed the deal on a new endorsement for a power charger. “Cardi-B charging.” Their meeting is interrupted when future hubby calls from prison. She drops everything for her man. Cardi talks about how hard she’s working. Tommy says she needs to relax. Wait until he gets out, so she can be a housewife. Cardi isn’t ready to be a housewife. She’s focusing on her career. Cardi was excited to get married, but she’s having doubts now. She’s not ready to be a wife with 3 kids running around. (He wants five.) She doesn’t think he supports her career goals. They were only together for two months. He says “I love you” and everything is all good in Cardi’s world. They give eachother phone kisses.

Rich takes Mariah Lynn out for drinks, and an explanation. He heard about her relationship with Cisco, and he thinks she’s being shady. When you’re messing with the biggest creep out there you’re looking for trouble. Rich thinks Mariah dressed up for him. “To be flirty.” Mariah thinks he brought her out because she’s going through a bunch of madness. Rich says he’s concerned. Mariah says Rich has been super attentive, but now it’s awkward. She’s made a decision. She wants to be with Cisco. She’s afraid she’s going to break a heart tonight. Mariah starts thanking Rich for being supportive. Rich asks about “the six minutes she gave him.” According to Mariah it was the six minutes of his life. She’s trying to be sincere, but Rich has been hitting the sauce a bit too much. He’s acting funny. She doesn’t blame him for still being hung up on the six minutes. Mariah Lynn can hold it down.

As Mariah talks about why Rich “loves her” in walks her OTHER boothang Cisco. Cisco thought about Mariah Lynn hanging out with Rich, and he wasn’t really feeling that situation. Rich called Cisco out of the blue to talk. He knew what it was about. (Basically, Rich set Mariah up.) Cisco wants the truth straight from the creep himself. Mariah knows Rich and Cisco weren’t friends, so she knows this is some bull…ish. Cisco says Rich hit him up, and let him know they were going for drinks. Cisco came out to join them. Rich calls Mariah out on her late night creepin’. He didn’t know she was dating Cisco. Cisco breaks up their little spat. He has to talk to Rich. Cisco explains he only “dated” Mariah Lynn to get back at Rich? That’s what he wants her to think anyway. What? Cisco was into Mariah.

Until he heard she gave Rich “The Six Minutes of His Life.” He’s not going to get played by either of them. Hell no. He’s going to let Mariah think it was about revenge. Mariah yells at Rich for “throwing her under the bus.” She admits in front of Cisco she gave him six minutes. “Big deal!” Cisco breaks it up. He wants to talk to Rich. He’ll talk to Mariah later. Mariah takes off in tears. Cisco lost the best thing he ever had. Mariah doesn’t need anyone. She’s a soldier. She’ll be on top without either of them.

Finally, next episode a fight breaks out between Rich and Cisco!
