Exclusive: Tell-All Bluff! Danielle Staub’s Book Blocked By Bravo Contract — Read Details
Former Real Housewives of New Jersey star, Danielle Staub announced on Thursday that she was “breaking her silence,” and blasting Bravo in a tell-all book. She vows to expose the “Reality of RHONJ” and how the experience on the show affected her and her family’s lives.

The proclamation came on the heels of the release of a damaging audio recording, starring the “prostitution whore” herself. A vindictive ex revealed the shocking recorded meltdown, where Staub is heard ranting about drugs, and slinging racial slurs.

Staub was reportedly lobbying hard to return to RHONJ, and the recordings supposedly shut down any chance of her reality dream coming true. Danielle has obviously thrown in the towel, and is sharpening her claws to stick it to Bravo.
Unfortunately, according to a standard “Housewives” contract, Staub’s project will likely never see the light of day. A confidentiality clause, within a contract signed by all cast members, is designed to shut up Bravo fame whores, even after their reality rides are over. All About the Tea obtained a copy of the contract, which reads,
“I shall keep the strictest confidence and shall not disclose to any other participant or other third party at any time (i.e., prior to, during, or after the taping or exhibition of the Program) any information or materials of any kind, including without limitation, any information or materials concerning or relating to Producer or one or more television networks or cable platforms of NBCUniversal Media, LLC (“Network”), the business of Producer or Network, any program produced by Producer or exhibited by Network, including, without limitation, any information concerning or relating to the Program, the Program participants, the location(s) of Program, the events contained in the Program or the outcome of any event in the Program, that I read, hear or otherwise acquire or learn in connection with or as a result of my participation on the Program (collectively, the “Confidential Information”).”
“I acknowledge and agree that the Confidential Information is confidential and exclusive property of Producer or Network.”
“I acknowledge that any breach by me of any of the confidentiality provisions of this Agreement would cause Producer and Network irreparable injury and damage that cannot be reasonably or adequately compensated by damages in an action at law, and, therefore, I hereby expressly agree that Producer and Network shall be entitled to injunctive and other equitable relief to prevent or cure any breach or threatened breach of confidentiality provisions of this Agreement by me.”
The contract makes no mention of an expiration date for the agreement. Staub was a dark and seedy presence on the show, and her over the top persona brings back memories of the original days of the Jersey franchise. Many fans were hoping for her return, and were disappointed to hear that she had blown any chance for a comeback.
Staub grabbed attention on social media, with the announcement.
All I need to do is put out one tweet that I am writing a "tell all" and within ½ hour it has… https://t.co/IlvzkTayEv

Danielle may have to settle for her last hurrah in the Bravo spotlight, to be one of a noisy, yet empty threat.
