Conrad Hilton, son of Rick and Kathy Hilton, is headed back to court next week, to try and convince a judge that he shouldn’t be thrown behind bars for violating the terms of his probation. He will go before Federal Court Judge Suzanne Segal to plead his case, after a prosecutor filed a “secret petition,” requesting that Hilton’s probation be revoked.

Hilton was arrested in July of 2014, after a drug fueled tantrum aboard a flight from London to Los Angeles. He threatened the flight attendants, and was heard screaming,

“If you wanna square up to me bro, then bring it and I will f**king fight you.’ along with ‘I will f**king own anyone on this flight; they are f**king peasants.”

Hilton was also accused of smoking pot in the plane’s bathroom, and became so erratic he had to be restrained in his seat, after he passed out. Hilton was charged with a felony for the threats, as well as for interfering with the crew. According to court documents, Hilton admitted to taking a sleeping pill during the flight, and he also recalled saying of the crew, “I could get all of their jobs taken away in less than 30 seconds.”

Months later, Conrad agreed to a plea deal, where the felony charge would be dropped to a misdemeanor assault charge. Prosecution agreed to recommend probation, rather than jail time. Hilton was ordered to stay out of trouble, until his sentencing date. Documents filed on April 30th reported that Hilton had failed a drug test, a plea deal violation. Hilton’s pretrial officer told the Feds that Hilton admitted to smoking pot, after signing the plea agreement. The judge instructed Conrad to immediately seek help, via an outpatient substance abuse program. The Feds also asked that Hilton be placed under a daily home curfew, from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m.

Hilton was later sentenced  to 750 hours of community service, ordered to pay a $5,000 fine, had to undergo mental and substance abuse treatment, and was put on probation for 3 years.   He was ordered to not drink alcohol, or use any controlled substances. He had to stay out of trouble, away from drug dealers, other criminals, and firearms. He was required to work or go to school, and agree to allow his probation officer to search his possessions at any time.

According to the Daily Mail, on Saturday, the hotel heir’s lawyer, Robert Shapiro, and the prosecution met with the judge presiding over Hilton’s case. The prosecution wants Conrad’s probation revoked, and the judge has scheduled a hearing for next week, to make that determination.

Court documents don’t specify the violation, but Hilton was arrested back in June, when he allegedly broke into the home of his ex-girlfriend, Hunter Salomon. This occurred after Salomon was granted a restraining order after claiming that Conrad had become obsessive, and was threatening suicide. Conrad was ordered stay 100 yards away from Salomon at all times. This incident played out last June, with Hilton being arrested, after helicopters and police swarmed the house.

This occurred last June, and now, SEVEN months later, the issue is being addressed?  Hilton may land in prison for six months, if the judge rules that the rich brat just can’t stay out of trouble.  It’s about time.
