Feud Over? Mauricio Umansky And Rick Hilton Share Playboy Mansion Listing
Could the feud between Kyle Richards and Kathy Hilton’s husbands be over? The Playboy mansion is for sale and both Mauricio Umansky and Rick Hilton’s real estate companies share the new listing. The famous mansion comes with a caveat, Hugh Hefner, 89, will get to remain in the home for the remainder of his life.
However, once he passes, his 29 year-old wife, Crystal Harris, will have to find new digs.
“If a buyer is found for the Playboy Mansion, Mr. Hefner will continue to live at the mansion for the rest of his life,” said company spokesman John Vlautin.
In case you’ve just won the Powerball and are looking for a fun place to hang out, eventually, the mansion is listed for $200 million. Unfortunately, times are changing and Playboy Enterprises is having trouble keeping up so they need the cash to “transform” the business.

Many are surprised that Mauricio and Rick Hilton have come to an agreement to work together, but let’s face it, with a 6% commission split, that’s a lot of designer purses for Kathy and Kyle. On this season of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, fans learned about the bad-blood over niece Nicky Hilton’s wedding in London. Kyle was invited, then she wasn’t, then she was – Mauricio was on the not list.
Where is this coming from? It’s not just Mauricio’s exit from Rick’s real estate company Hilton & Hyde to start his own agency. Sources are saying Kyle’s involvement with selling a TV show about growing up in their family is something Kathy’s against, adding to the tension.
Rick Hilton recently spoke out about his daughter’s wedding being discussed on RHOBH and said it was “upsetting.” He went as far to suggest that Kyle was quitting the reality show to make amends. Kyle laughed about this comment.
“We’ve all quit many times [laughing]. The truth is, until the show is officially picked up, no decisions have been made… I think it came about because stuff came up about my niece and the wedding. I really did not want those things in the show, but… we signed up for this, and it’s a reality show. There is no script, so what can we do? It’s our life.”
