Don’t mess with the feds!

During the November 15 episode of The Real Housewives of Atlanta, Kandi Burruss and her husband Tuck Tucker revealed they were storing Apollo Nida’s motorcycle at their Atlanta, Georgia home.

As reported, the feds have been looking to seize Nida’s 2014 Ducati and Yamaha Raptor ATV and anything of value that the former reality star owns to satisfy the almost $2 million in restitution he owes victims. And the government is making good on their promise.

Court documents reveal that the federal government has been given the green light to seize some of his prized possessions, in order to trim the monstrous sum.

The United States government recently filed a notice that read “The personal property of Apollo E. Nida … is being taken by the United States” in order to help pay off a $1,949,925.67 restitution debt.  On November 17th, the U.S. Marshals service was directed to seize a “silver Ducati 899 Panicale Motorcycle,” a “white with red top Yamaha Raptor 700R 4-Wheeler ATV,” and “any property in which [Nida] has a substantial nonexempt interest.” Nida’s personal property was being housed at the home of RHOA co-star, Kandi Burruss.

The documents read that the U.S. Marshals Service has a year to sell the goods, “on an internet auction site, through a broker, or in a commercially reasonable manner.”
