Busted! Joe Giudice Caught Driving on Revoked License 24-Hours Before Wife, Teresa Is Set To Be Released From Prison

Just one day before, Joe Giudice’s wife, Teresa Giudice, is scheduled to be released from prison, Joe was caught red-handed breaking the law!

The Daily Mail Online reports, The Real Housewives of New Jersey star, was spotted driving his Ford truck out of the front gates of his New Jersey residence — a clear violation of his plea deal.

In April, Giudice pleaded guilty to using his brother’s identification to obtain a New Jersey driver’s license while his own was suspended due to a past DUI. The court ruled that the father of four’s license would be revoked on March 20 for a time period of 18-months.

Giudice’s 18-month prison sentence will run concurrently with his federal sentence of 3.5 years.

Giudice asked the Passaic County Judge if he was at least allowed to move his cars around in his own driveway and the judge responded with an adamant “NO!” The judge’s exact words were,

“If you so much as back down your driveway that will constitute a violation of the conditions of your release, of your bail, and it will result in you being remanded immediately to Passaic County Jail.”

Italian-born Giudice, who is not a U.S. citizen, was also warned about his immigration status by the judge, who said, “Virtual certainty that you will be deported because of either this charge or the federal charge.” 

This is not the first time Giudice has disregarded the stipulations of his plea agreement in the state drivers license conviction. In October, All About the Tea reported, Joe was caught on video riding a moped with his daughters – another clear violation of the judge’s orders.
