The Real Housewives of Atlanta jetted off to Miami this week, but pregnant Kandi Burruss had to sit out on the fun. The sun was too much for her. And there’s nothing worse than being nauseated, pregnant, and away from home.

“It was something about the heat that would just make me feel sick after only thirty minutes. So I missed the whole boat ride fun.”

So Kandi was forced to stay back at the mansion.

“…my girl Carmon was down in Miami at the time. She stopped by and brought me something to eat. Then I watched TV and took a nap. …I almost wondered what the point of coming was if I was going to be limited in doing so much, but I was able to relax while they partied.”

Over dinner the first night, things heated up when Sheree Whitfield confronted Tammy McCall Browning. Tammy had been shit talking Sheree far and wide, and Sheree wasn’t going to let that stand. Kandi took Sheree’s side on this one.

“…if you have the nerve to say stuff like that in front of a camera when you know the world is going to see it, then it’s open for discussion.”

Kim Fields thought Kenya Moore was wrong to bring the gossip to Sheree in the first place. Kandi wasn’t buying it.

“…as to what Tammy said about Sheree… There was no positive way to bring that back. So just because Kenya repeated it, everyone wants to say it’s instigation.”

Who was right—Kim or Kandi? If someone were talking about me, I think I’d want to know. How about you?

***Now it’s time for a shameless plug. My very steamy romance, His Every Need, is on sale through December 21. This is the first book in the Beauty and the Brit series. Amazon. Barnes and Noble. Kobo.***
