Brooks Ayers Wins $130K In Vicki’s Vodka Lawsuit #RHOC
Brooks Ayers, confirmed cancer-liar and ex-boyfriend of the OG of the OC, Vicki Gunvalson, has been awarded $130,000 in attorney’s fees for his “Vicki’s Vodka” lawsuit. Earlier this year, a judge dismissed the lawsuit and now it appears that Ayers will not have to pay for his legal defense – like he ever would anyway.
Here’s what happened, Vicki and Robert Williamson III, a professional poker player, launched the vodka business together in early 2013. Vicki then gave Ayers 16.67% of the business without Williamson’s knowledge. (Why, Vicki?) Ayers then sold his 16.67% of the vodka company back to Williamson for $50,000.
Williamson sued both Vicki and Ayers claiming fraud, but that lawsuit was dismissed. The following month, Williamson filed another suit against Ayers, alleging breach of contract, breach of convenient of good faith and fair dealing, misrepresentations, fraud, and omissions, unjust enrichment, civil conspiracy and promissory estoppel.
Confused? So are we! Legal documents show that lawyers for Ayers successfully argued that the legal fees to defend Ayers be paid by Williamson. Leaving many to wonder, when will this guy’s luck run out?
