‘Mob Wives’ Season 6 Drama! Bodyguards Hired as Cast Members Try To Bump Drita D’Avanzo
Trouble is brewing for the wise-girls of Mob Wives. Seems as if some of the women on the show are trying to have Drita D’Avanzo bumped off and are refusing to film with her. In fact, things have gotten so bad, sources are saying that producers have hired bodyguards in case a tussle or all out brawl occurs while filming.
“There has been security hired while they film, and they’ve had to hold Drita back multiple times,” the source told Confidential. “They are trying to push her off the show and she is aware of what’s going on. At the beginning of filming there was a concerted effort to not film with her. Then, it turned to fighting.”
Season 6, the final season which airs in January, will feature regular cast members Renee Graziano, Karen Gravano, Angela “Big Ang” Raiola and former cast member Carla Faccolia, along with two new cast members, Marissa Jade and Brittany Fogarty.
It’s been reported that Renee can’t stand Drita and things have gotten so bad, Renee quit the show half way through. Insiders are saying that Renee has not returned and is “dealing with health issues.”
“People are choosing sides. Big Ang was trying to keep the peace, but she is slowly gravitating towards Renee too.”
Sources are saying Drita’s ousting is money-driven to score more airtime for themselves and less for her. Less airtime for Drita means less endorsements.
“If they kill her off,” their source explained, “they get more TV time.”
But producers reportedly feel that “without Drita there is no show, so it’s useless.”
Good news for Drita, though. She has formed an alliance with one of the newbie’s, Brittany Fogarty, but so far, not the other “wife.” Tell us what you think. Will Drita survive the last season?
