Kim Fields Dishes on #RHOA Drama “I Was Stunned and Disappointed”
Oh, Kim Fields. I’m not sure The Real Housewives of Atlanta is the place for you. I think Kim is more at home on a scripted show with laugh tracks and manufactured drama. The ‘Housewives’ seem a little too much for our Tootie.
When her baggie of snacks went sailing overboard, Kim was all kinds of sad. But after watching Cynthia Bailey and Porsha Williams fight for reals, she was ready to jump in the lake and swim back to sanity.
“I was stunned and disappointed to see the argument between them escalate and get physical. Having done an episode of “Living Single” about calling a woman a bitch and the fallout…I could not believe I was witnessing elements of that now.”
Was she surprised that Porsha and Cynthia were able to put the ugliness behind them?
“Not at all. They seem to be remorseful the situation unfolded the way it did and wanted to get a chance to discuss it and move on in a grown, positive way.”
At brunch, Kandi Burruss confronted Kenya Moore about her finger-pointing ways. Kenya lobbed it back in Kandi’s lap, and again, Kim sort of froze, praying no one would remember she was at the table. No worries, Kim. I’m having a hard time remembering you’re on the show at all.
“…Is some sh– about to pop off again? If so, I got Kandi in by TKO, even preggers…”
Well, what do you think about the addition of Kim Fields? Still too early to tell or is she in over her head with this group of Housewives?
