Apollo Joe in prison

Real Housewives of Atlanta convicted felon, Apollo Nida, 37, checked into Kentucky’s FMC Lexington in September 2014, was transferred to FCI Fort Dix correctional facility in New Jersey, according to the Bureau of Prisons database.

Nida was sentenced to eight years in August 2014 after pleading guilty to bank fraud and identity theft.

Just like Kentucky’s FMC, Fort Dix federal prison is a low-security institution for male inmates. The reason for Nida’s relocation is unknown, however, it’s quite common for the BOP to relocate prisoners (without notice) to any of the federal correctional facilities in the United States.

The Bureau of Prisons list Nida’s release date as August 29, 2020 and although that’s a long time from now, Apollo will have a familiar shoulder to cry lean on….Joe Giudice!

Yes, that’s right, fellow Bravo convict, Joe Giudice, 43, will serve his 41-month sentence on fraud charges at the same Fort Dix correctional facility in New Jersey. Giudice is expected to begin his sentence in March 2016.
