‘RHONJ’ Teresa Guidice Doesn’t Want Her Daughters Visiting Her in Prison on Thanksgiving
Teresa Giudice is finding unique reasons to be thankful this year….alone.
Bravo’s incarcerated, Real Housewives of New Jersey star, refused to let her family visit her for Thanksgiving in prison, “Teresa wants Thanksgiving to be as normal as possible for the girls,” a source told People.
Giudice has four daughters — Gia, 14, Gabriella, 10, Milania, 9, and Audriana, 6 — with soon-to-be jailed husband, Joe Giudice. The couples kids have visited their mother in prison numerous times, so it seems odd, Giudice rejected her daughters for the holiday.
The 45-year-old is serving a 15-month sentence at the federal prison in Danbury, Conn, for various fraud charges.
Joe, 43, is scheduled to turn himself over to the custody of the Federal Bureau of Prisons in March 2016 to begin serving a term of 41-months. His convictions stem from tax evasion, bank fraud and bankruptcy fraud.
As for Thanksgiving, the insider dished Teresa feasted on dry traditional turkey, prepared by prison cooks. A far cry from the elaborate Thanksgiving feast on Gucci plates.
Teresa’s release date is Dec. 23. She will spend Thanksgiving with her children next year, and will likely try to forget the Thanksgiving she spent behind bars. Hopefully, she will remember it.
