Banned! RHOBH’s Kim Richards Ordered To Stay Away From California Target After Shoplifting Conviction
Banned from Target! Kim Richards, former reality star of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills will not be able to purchase Christmas gifts for friends and family at this particular Van Nuys, California store as part of her sentence for the misdemeanor charge.
Richards was arrested last August for walking out of Target without paying for a shopping cart full of items totaling over $600. As part of her sentence, Richards must stay 100 yards away from this store for a three-year probationary period. She must also not be in possession of any narcotics, drugs or paraphernalia, unless a prescription has been issued in her name.

In addition to the Target ban, Richards must also attend weekly Alcoholics Anonymous meetings for year, something she was already sentenced to after her Beverly Hills Hotel infamous meltdown back in April. So it looks like Kim with be very busy this next year, even if she doesn’t have a reality show to film.
