EXCLUSIVE: Busted! Joe Giudice Caught Operating Moped After Judge Revokes Drivers License

The Real Housewives of New Jersey’s spinoff effort, “Teresa Checks In,“ has given us a glimpse of the Giudice clan, minus their fearless leader, the incarcerated Teresa Giudice. The third and last segment of the series airs tonight, mercifully silencing Teresa for at least the next few months. During the second episode, Joe Giudice spoke of his driver’s license suspension, which occurred when Joe was caught falsely obtaining a license, using his brother’s identification. 

Viewers witnessed Joe furiously pedaling his bike to the train station, proudly and humbly obeying the judge’s orders. Joe believes that the Bravo audience is seeing his gold star behavior, but he is actually stupidly and simultaneously showing his true lawless colors, as he frolics with his kiddos. Whoops! Joe was filmed riding around on a moped with his girls, which is in fact, a direct violation of the orders Judge Jacobs handed down at his sentencing hearing.

Giudice’s lawyer, Miles Feinstein, spoke for him throughout most of the  hearing. However, Joe did ask the judge for permission to drive his four daughters to the end of his driveway to meet the school bus.

“I don’t know how long your driveway is …,” Jacobs said.  Giudice responded, “It’s long.”

Judge Jacobs’ answer was crystal clear.

“I can’t have you driving a vehicle. Walk with them down the road.”

The New Jersey moped manual states,

“You cannot receive or apply for a MOPED license if your driving privileges are revoked.”

According to the New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission, operating a moped does not demand a separate license, but does require a valid driver’s license. Basic auto license holders can operate a low-speed motorcycle without any endorsement or separate motorcycle license.
