An exclusive source has come forward to dish that the Giudice love affair is officially kaput, just in time for Teresa to pass the prison baton, and wave goodbye forever to her slammer-bound husband, Joe. The source spills that Teresa has reached out to a high-profile divorce attorney from prison, and is planning to pursue a divorce from her husband, Joe. Our source comments,
