EXCLUSIVE: The Real Tea Behind The Cynthia Bailey and Porsha Williams Fight
Dayum! It’s going down in The Real Housewives of Atlanta. And though it probably won’t surprise anyone that Porsha Williams is involved in a fight, it may surprise some of you that Cynthia Bailey was the physical aggressor.
A source very close to production reached out to All About the Tea to fill us in on what really went down at the event on Saturday night.
“The cast was at an event on Saturday night. The event was set up by Bravo and filmed. Cynthia and Porsha were having a discussion that quickly got heated.” Adding, “At that point, Cynthia walked away from the argument. She wanted no parts of it.”
Kim Fields was standing there when it all went down, according to the source.
“After Cynthia and Kim walked away, Porsha just would not let it go.” The source continues, “She followed them and continued to pop off at the mouth.”
That’s when all hell broke loose and Cynthia snapped! She had enough and barked back then out of nowhere raised her foot and kicked Porsha in the belly. The incident was over quickly and a stunned Porsha quickly exited the event. According to our source, “Cynthia is a quiet person that was pushed too far and snapped!” Seems like Porsha poked a sleeping bear and got a dose of her own medicine.
The source provided some insight into Porsha’s state of mind,
“She [Porsha] works out a lot and feels she can win any fight. She thought Cynthia was a punk and was not expecting her to get in her ass like she did.”
As reported, confirmed Season 8 cast members are Phaedra Parks, Cynthia Bailey, Porsha Williams, Kenya Moore, and Kandi Burruss.
Kim Fields, Shamea Morton (Porsha’s BFF), Amiyah Scott (Transgender model), Marlo Hampton, and alum Sheree Whitfield. Shamea Morton is a close friend of Porsha Williams, and Amiyah Scott is a transgender model. All have been filmed and are in competition for a standing peach.
