Vicki Gunvalson & Brooks Ayers’ Rental Agreement Revealed!
It seems as if the OG of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills has learned a thing or two about protecting her assets after her last divorce. Real Housewife star, Vicki Gunvalson, apparently made ex-boyfriend, Brooks Ayers, sign a contract when he moved into her palatial palace located behind the glorious gates of Orange County. Can we get a woo-hoo!
“Vicki and Brooks has a renter’s agreement that was simply an agreement that said any rent paid by Brooks did not count as equity on Vicki’s house,” a source told Radar.
As we reported earlier, the two made a joint statement announcing their split last week, ending the four-year relationship that was often plagued with criticism from family, friends, and castmates.
According to the insider,
“It was only a contract that they had with each other and Vicki continues to own the house completely. It was just a simple renter’s agreement… nothing more, nothing less.”
Brooks has reportedly moved back to his home state of Mississippi where his “main priority right now has to be his recovery and beating his cancer. Everything else will have to come second but while he is doing this he wants to completely step out of the spotlight.”
