It’s the craziest night of the Summer so far. Double eviction night baby! This has been a Summer of blindsides and backdoors, but 2 houseguests will leave tonight. They will become the first 2 members of the jury.

The Sixth Sense alliance is crumbling. With Vanessa and Shelli both on the block, Austin and the twins have to choose. Austin says it sucks 2 of his alliance members are on the block, but  he’s closer to Vanessa.

The Veto meeting has just ended. Vanessa was named as the replacement nominee after Steve won the Veto and removed himself from the block. Becky is confident she can get Vanessa out this week. She only needs 4 votes, and she can break the tie. Shelli says Becky told her she’s safe this week, so she’ll just lay low. Vanessa isn’t taking Becky’s speech well. She says she’s hurt. She thought they all had a deal. Becky broke the deal. Vanessa wants to find out what’s going on with Becky, so she finds Becky hanging out outside. She tells Becky she thinks her speech was harsh. She thought they all had a deal last week. Becky says she felt like the deal was dictated to her forcing her to agree to it. Vanessa says her famous phrase when she doesn’t get her way: “I don’t understand!” Becky ends the conversation and starts walking away. Vanessa calls her cold hearted and venomous. Vanessa turns on the waterworks as Becky walks inside.

Vanessa decides she needs to think things out, so she heads to bed. Steve comes in to see if she’s ok. Vanessa asks if she has his vote. Steve says Vanessa doesn’t have the votes to stay this week. If he votes to keep her, he’ll piss off John. He doesn’t want to burn bridges. He tells her he can’t vote to keep her if she doesn’t have the votes. Vanessa calls it a betrayal.

James continues his pranks by jumping in Liz’s bed. Liz and Austin head to bed. Liz is getting under the covers. James jumps out from under the covers, and scares her. Liz runs out of the room.

Vanessa gets to work. She shows James her “sad eyes” in the bathroom. She then starts working James by telling him about Becky’s ratting ways. Becky was telling Shelli/Clay she wanted to target James. While James was HOH, Becky was running back to Shelli/Clay and tell them everything they were talking about. James says he knew there was a rat in the group last week. Now he’s not sure he wants to back Becky’s HOH plans if she is indeed a rat.

James heads into the Have-Not room to discuss everything with his alliance members. James asks who has the biggest chance of winning HOH? He points out how Vanessa has been burning all of her bridges with her behavior. Shelli is more dangerous. Meg is concerned with going against the HOH. It’s a tough decision.

Julie announces to the houseguests it’s Double Eviction night! The 2 houseguests evicted tonight will become the first 2 members of the jury. She says there is a possibility of a returning jury member.

Shelli and Vanessa are given their last chance to convince the house to keep them. Shelli’s speech is first. She says she loves everyone back home and not to worry about her. She wishes Jason a Happy Birthday, and says the house is boring without him. She also says she misses Clay so much. Moving onto the current houseguests, she says even though they are all trying to evict eachother she loves everyone of them. Vanessa’s speech is next. She says hi to family and friends back home. She then says something along the lines of when she was in law school she wasn’t sure about the direction she wanted to take. She remembers something she wrote in her journal. She then quotes her journal entry. I personally didn’t write it all down because it was way too long to catch. Anyways it’s time for the vote. The vote was unanimous: Shelli was evicted.

Shelli joins Julie outside the house. Julie says Becky was HOH, and she said you were safe. What happened? Shelli says when people tell you you’re safe, it doesn’t mean you are. She implies Vanessa was campaigning against her. She thinks James may have had a hand in flipping the votes. She says they’re both good game players. Julie asks if she wants to see Vanessa leave next. Shelli says she doesn’t know. Julie HAS to bring up the age difference between Clay and Shelli. She asks if Shelli regrets getting into a showmance that made her a bigger target. Shelli said it was all part of her strategy. Find 1 person she could trust. Julie asks if she loves Clay. Shelli says it’s too soon. She wants to wait until they’re both back in the real world. Julie says she asked Clay the same question, but didn’t tell Shelli the answer. Finally, Julie asks if she gets back into the game would her strategy be different? Shelli says she wants to ride with Steve and Johnny Mac. They were good allies to Clay and her. Shelli goes off to the Jury House, and Double Eviction night continues.

HOH Comp called “Getting Loopy”: Earlier the houseguests saw 16 loops of themselves on the memory wall. They had to study those loops. Julie is going to make statements about those loops. They are to answer true or false. Steve wins HOH, and now has a few minutes to decide who he wants to nominate. As they go to commercial break production is telling everyone to go into the house.

Live Nomination Ceremony: Julie calls everyone into the living room. Steve is asked to quickly make his nominations. Steve says he loves them all, but this is a game. Nothing personal. He nominates Jackie and Meg.

POV Competition: Julie first recaps everything that has happened tonight so far. Steve, Meg, Jackie, Johnny Mac, Vanessa, and James were picked to play in the Veto Comp. The comp is called “Slippery Slope.” They have to roll a ball down their slope into 3 holes. The first houseguest to get 1 ball in all 3 holes wins. They have to do it in numerical order, and if no one does it within 3 and a half minutes, the houseguest with the balls in the most holes wins. Johnny Mac and James were neck in neck, but Veto King Johnny Mac wins another POV! He’s given a few minutes to decide if he’s going to use it on a nominee.

Live POV Ceremony: Meg and Jackie are given a few minutes to plead their cases. Meg says she played an honest and loyal game. She has no dirt on her hands. She wants to stay, and she trusts Johnny Mac. Jackie says she would love for Johnny Mac to use it on her. She has no dirt on her. She’s never gone after anyone for no reason. Johnny Mac says because he doesn’t know who the replacement nominee would be, he’s not using the veto. Live voting next. As they go to commercial Steve says he needs a minute. He can’t form a coherent sentence. He must have been saying something because both nominees look confused. Steve leaves the room.

Second Live Eviction: Meg and Jackie are given a few minutes to plead their cases. Meg goes first. She says she’s always crying. She loves Jackie and she’ll miss her. She’s always up against friends. She still has game left in her, and she would love to stay. Jackie says she loves everyone. Hopefully she gets a chance to come back into the game. She mentions a miscommunication. Jackie is the 2nd person evicted.

Jackie sits down with Julie. Julie asks about the miscommunication she mentioned. She says Steve was told Jackie was planning on backdooring her during her HOH, but her real plan was to backdoor Austin. Julie asks about Jeff. Was it easier to play once Jeff left? Jackie says Jeff is outspoken and the life of the party, so she took a backseat when he was in the house. Julie asks if she has a chance to re-enter the game what would be her strategy? Jackie says it depends on who’s still in the house, but keep her eyes more open.

Julie ends the show by eavesdropping on the houseguests. Steve is in one of the rooms giving himself a little peptalk. The cameras switch to Meg and James in the bathroom. They comment about the twins dancing in the other room.

That’s the show! Sunday we find out who won HOH, and who the 2 nominees are! It was an action packed night! Don’t forget about the live unedited 24 hour feeds!
