The Real Housewives of New York star, Sonja Morgan recently showed off her fashion collection to the Bravo viewers, via a fashion show, highlighted on last week’s episode of the reality show.  While the other women maintained some doubts questioning whether Sonja would be able to pull it off, they all were happily surprised at the beautiful show.  The women  took their blogs to share their thoughts, and congratulate their cast mate on a job well done. Kristen Taekman wrote,

“The show starts and we are all blown away. The clothes were beautiful, elegant, very Sonja. We are all thrilled. I do have to say that the intermission was a bit long! But other than that, we were all pleasantly surprised and thrilled for Sonja’s collection!”

Heather Thomson, warmly wished Sonja the best, as she pursues her branding and fashion dreams.

“And speaking of fashion debuts…we finally got to a Sonja Morgan runway show, and it turned out to be a lovely event. Whatever Sonja’s end game is with this journey, I hope she gets everything she wants out of it.”

Luann de Lesseps shared her thoughts, and cleverly cheered her friend with a “Bravo!”

“Sonja tried to look cool, but I know inside she was a bundle of nerves. We were all pulling for her, and I was glad to see that she actually had clothing for her models. As for Sonja’s collection, we all loved it. It was a reflection of her taste and jet-set experiences, and I loved every piece. She has excellent taste, and the collection brought to mind Ivana Trump glamour. Always a great host, Sonja made sure that we had drinks to make the wait for the second look more enjoyable, and I just want to say, “Bravo, Sonja!”

Bethenny Frankel kept it short and sweet, simply commenting,

“I loved the fashion show. It was entertaining, and I was proud of Sonja.”

Sonja Morgan proudly weighed in on the finished project, and how she feels about women supporting women.

“I hope that everyone liked what they saw as much as I have loved creating it. My vision was to offer pieces that one could throw in a suitcase and go to any climate and go day to night effortlessly. I studied fashion, but I have a very practical side.”

“As friends, we should always be supporting each other. It was nice to hear Kristen, Luann, Bethenny, Carole, and Ramona being supportive of me and of course I will always support them in their future endeavors.”

Sonja Morgan pulled off what many thought she couldn’t, and did a fabulous job.  YAY Sonja!… or better yet, and to echo the countess….BRAVO!
