Ready for Battle! Tamra Judge Revives Custody War Over Daughter With Simon Barney

Real Housewives of Orange County star, Tamra Judge, is not taking being a tossed aside mom lightly, and is determined to repair the damage between she and her 16-year-old daughter, Sidney.

According to recently filed court documents that reveal that the nasty struggle for their daughter is flaring back up, and Judge appears ready for the fight. Judge and her ex-husband, Simon Barney have already battled it out in court, for custody of their three children. The fierce battle ended with Judge relinquishing custody of their oldest child to Barney, but under strict guidelines.

Judge explains in the new documents, that she gave up custody of Sidney under the condition that they would all be required to follow the court ordered recommendations of therapist, Dr. Linda GrossmanJudge claims that the therapist directed that the three of them needed to complete a class called “Overcoming Barriers.” According to Judge, when she reached out to Barney to confirm that he would be taking part, he refused. Tamra is calling foul, and is labeling Barney’s refusal as a direct violation of the court order.  Judge is not only is blasting her ex for being in contempt of court, but goes on to allege that Barney is working to further alienate their daughter from her, and considers his stubborn refusal to follow the therapist’s guidance, further proof of her belief.

Barney earlier claimed in court papers, that Sidney suffered from extreme anxiety, severe cramps, difficulties in school, and public ridicule as a result of the stressful living situation with her mother. He also alleged that Tamra told Sidney that due to her strong bond with her father, she was no longer allowed in her house. 

A hearing has been set for August 28th, for Judge and Barney to appear in court, in order to hash out the conflict.
