Real Housewives of Orange County” star, Shannon Beador, and “Real Housewives of New York star, Dorinda Medley appeared on Watch What Happens Live, Monday night, to dish on their ongoing seasons and answer viewer questions.  Andy Cohen began by asking Shannon if she regrets the decision to publicly reveal her marital problems on the show this season.

“The bottom line is, I’m on a reality show and I’m truthful and how could you do it without talking about the big elephant in the room? Do we regret it sometimes, maybe, but it is what it is and we’re in a better place. That’s the end result, which is amazing.”

Cohen asked for Shannon’s reaction to Tamra Judge’s on-air assertion that she knew about David’s affair last year.

“They all knew before I did,” Shannon admits. “Very shortly before I found out, so I know now that they all knew.”

The first caller asks Shannon to weigh in on the Edmonds’ marriage, and if she believes that the viewers are seeing a true portrayal of the relationship.

“No one knows what goes on behind closed doors. The Jim I met very briefly has been very kind. So, I don’t know.”

A viewer caller calls Dorinda out, accusing her for being nasty on Twitter, which is contrary to her nature on the show.

“I don’t think I’m nasty rude on Twitter. I think I’m more aggressive on Twitter because it’s after the fact and I sort of reevaluate it. That whole thing as been sort of blown out of proportion. You live it and then months later watch it and I was commenting on it, that’s what you do.”

The next caller asks for Dorinda’s take on Ramona’s seemingly selfish behavior on the Turks and Caicos trip.

“It’s as expected,” Medley explains. “We all accept Ramona for who she is as a person, but she kind of gets away with it. We call her the Apologizer so she can really get away with just about anything.”

Shannon responds to a viewer wanting to know more about the barrier that her children presented, when deciding about whether or not to publicly hash out she and David’s marriage struggles.

“We went back and forth and we discussed it with our couple’s counselor and we decided that we have an opportunity to show couple’s that you don’t have to throw your marriage in the trash can after fourteen years if something like this happens. So we talked to our children and after counseling they encouraged us to do it as well.”

Dorinda is asked why she gravitates towards Carole over some of the other ladies.

“Carole is more of a listener and she’s more calm,” Dorinda explains. “We have a lot in common. We have a trip to London which was very bonding.”

The last caller asks Shannon what she believes the outlook is on the Tamra and Eddie’s marriage.

“I do think that they are going to last because they understand each other,” Shannon says. “You guys only see a small clip as to what’s going on in our lives and no one knows what goes on behind closed doors. I think they’re going to last for a long time.”
