Before the seventh season of Bravo’s “The Real Housewives of New York” concludes airing, producers are already securing cast members for next season.

According to Radar Online, Bethenny Frankel has been asked back for season 8 of the catfight-obsessed smash. The site reports, Bravo has offered the Skinnygirl mogul a contract for season eight and Bethenny has accepted the offer.

“Bethenny has already been asked to come back, and she has accepted. It was in her contract that if Bravo made the offer, that she would accept.” Revealed a source, adding ,“The fact is, Bethenny loves being on television. Producers are hoping next season Bethenny will let her guard down even more and fight with the other ladies.”

Despite the drama and grueling filming demands, Bethenny accepted a lucrative deal to return this season. Supposedly she earned $1 million and is looking to cash in even more for season 8,

“Bethenny will probably want close to $2 million, while Bravo would offer no more than $1.5 million. RHONY just isn’t as popular as the Real Housewives of Atlanta, and Bethenny just doesn’t have the clout she once did.”

Expect some cast shake-ups next season, reportedly Dorinda Medley and Kristen Taekman have been axed. A source dished,

“Viewers just didn’t respond to her [Dorinda Medley] at all. Droned didn’t bring anything to the show. She was just boring!”

Production for next season is scheduled to start in fall, and the producers are seeking out “two new sexy ladies that will add to the dynamic of the current group. The need to shake things up.” The source added.
