In the latest segment of “Ask Andy,” Andy Cohen answers some burning Teresa Giudice related questions. The ‘Housewives’ creator and “Watch What Happens Live” host is questioned by his assistant about an US Weekly article confirming Joe Giudice’s Mr. Mom special for Bravo. The special centers around Joe playing mom to his four daughters while, his wife Teresa Giudice, serves a 15-month prison sentence. When asked to confirm the special, Andy responded,
“I can’t because if they are, I have nothing to do with it.”
As previously reported, Joe Giudice inked a deal with Bravo to film a one-hour special, with the possibility of more episodes to follow. The show will document Joe’s home life without wife, Teresa, and navigating his day-to-day routine, as sole caretaker for their daughters, Gia, Gabriella, Milania, and Audriana. The reality dad’s schedule is supposedly packed with playdates, cheer practices, and soccer tournaments, adding to all of the duties at home.
“Days go by quick,” Joe said. “They go to school, they come back, they do their homework. Who’s gotta go here? Who’s gotta go there?”
Besides taking care of the home and kids, the Mr. Mom special will also likely show Joe talking to the girls about their mom. The reality dad admitted that his daughters don’t deal well with their mom’s absence.
“They have their little breakdowns here and there. They’ll say, ‘Daddy, when’s she going to be out?’ Or ‘I miss Mommy.’ I just make sure to give them lots of love and a lot of kisses.”
When asked has he been in contact with Joe, Andy stated he has not however he has communicated with Teresa Giudice via prison approved email. He provided an update on the fallen reality stars well-being,
“No. I’ve been emailing with Teresa though. I think she’s doing as well as can be expected.”
It’s very typical for Bravo not to confirm shows currently in production and although Andy Cohen won’t verify any details, last week a source confirmed to All About the Tea that Joe Giudice and his four daughters are indeed filming their “Real Housewives of New Jersey” spin-off. The source confirmed that a film crew has been spotted in Montville, NJ, at Teresa and Joe Giudice’s house. The source dished,
“The [RHONJ] crew was spotted in Montville and they have been taping at Teresa’s house. They came in for lunch at one of the restaurants we do business with and ordered $178 lunch for the crew.”
