A long overdue payback has officially kicked in. Recent court papers obtained by All About the Tea reveal that the former star of “The Real Housewives of New Jersey,” Teresa Giudice, has agreed to hand over the keys to her 2005 Maserati as well as a chunk of her Bravo pay to satisfy the $414,588 debt that she owes the federal government.

Giudice also relented to allowing the government to sell off the furnishings inside her Montville Township mansion, and will hand over 50% of the rental income for a home that she and her husband own in Lincoln Park.

The feds filed court papers Friday, which give the government the right to the property and cash so that they can recoup restitution ordered at the October sentencing of the reality couple. The papers were signed by Giudice, who is currently serving a 15 month sentence for fraud, at a federal prison camp in Danbury, Ct. Her husband, Joe, is set to begin his 41 month sentence once his wife is released.

The agreement states that Giudice has signed to allow Bravo to withhold “25 percent of any monies held on behalf of, or payable to Teresa Giudice, and pay the sum to the plaintiff.”

Prosecutors will be able to seize as many assets as necessary, in order to satisfy the debt.  Payback to the feds is just the beginning, as the reality couple’s financial ruin continues.
