Teresa Giudice’s lawyer, James Leonard is at it again, crowing about his client’s well-adjusted joy behind bars in a federal facility in Danbury, Connecticut. The former star of “The Real Housewives of New Jersey” has been incarcerated for almost four months, and according to Leonard, his client is “adjusting well” in the slammer. He reports to People Magazine that she is keeping busy sharing her expertise with her fellow inmates. Her latest incarcerated endeavor is reportedly leading exercise classes, and after the flashy release of those chunky prison photos, I think this move would certainly appear prudent.

“She is helping to teach exercise classes,” says her attorney, James J. Leonard Jr. “The women take turns leading classes and she has her little group, so once in a while she takes the lead.”

Teresa is supposedly working both sides of the scale, also putting her mad cooking skills to work in the facility’s kitchen.

“Teresa has a job working in the kitchen,” he says. “She told me she enjoys it because it helps her pass the time and allows her to interact with the other inmates.  Plus, she loves being in the kitchen, because it reminds her of home,” he adds.

Leonard keeps laying it on thick, reiterating the stellar job that the ex-reality diva continues to pull off, in adjusting to the dreaded drab existence that comes with the reality of being locked up.

“Prison is all about establishing and maintaining a routine, and she has done that,” says Leonard. “She has adapted well.”

Leonard shoots down rumors that assert that Giudice is pulling out her all too familiar diva persona, insisting that his client is the very picture of a team player.

“Any reports that she is behaving like a diva in prison and not getting along with inmates and the staff is 1,000 percent false,” he says. “She is getting along well with everyone – staff, inmates – all the way down the line.”

According to her biggest legal cheerleader to date, Teresa Giudice seems to function better locked up than on the outside, where she is hoping to rejoin for a period of home confinement on December 23rd, to finish serving out her sentence for several counts of fraud.
