“Real Housewives of Atlanta” star, Kenya Moore, has long moved on from the drama with NeNe Leakes and Porsha Williams however a few loose ends still linger. After Nene Leakes made her dramatic exit from the therapy session, Porsha and Kenya stayed behind and rehashed the events of their feud. Kenya took the high road and apologized for her role however Porsha barely took ownership for her actions and did not return an apology. Kenya opens up about the therapy session and why she’s moved pass Porsha’s non-apology in her Bravo blog.
“Unfortunately, you can’t keep pointing the blame at someone else and never take any responsibility for your own actions. She has never once apologized to me for physically attacking me or any other verbal offense over the years, and that shows me she is simply incapable of moving forward. I did months ago, and my life changed for the better.”
Nevertheless, Kenya feels progress was made at the therapy session,
“I definitely feel some progress was made. Change doesn’t occur overnight, but I believe if you are willing to listen, that leads to an understanding. From there, you can only try if your desire is to move forward.”
Kenya also reflects on her recent appearance on “The Millionaire Matchmaker” and finding love! Based on Kenya’s praise, Patti Stanger picked the perfect guy for the RHOA star. A very happy Kenya gushed, “This man is 6’3, gorgeous, kind, romantic. What else can a woman be looking for? ‘Cause if he’s not it, I give up.”
Kenya and her new beau are still going strong today, as evidenced by a brief recap on “Millionaire Matchmaker,” as well as a new pic Kenya posted on social media. She thanked Patti for introducing her to the man of her dreams, “My faith has been restored and I thank Patti and Cynthia and most importantly God for allowing me to grow in order to receive His blessings.”
Moore further gushed about her journey to happiness and how grateful she is for “Millionaire Matchmaker” in her Bravo blog,
“I want to thank the fans for watching my episode of “The Millionaire Matchmaker.” Initially I didn’t take it seriously, but when Patti and I started to speak, she wasn’t coming from a place of blame… She came from a place of love, and I believed she really wanted to help me. I had to look at why I can’t commit to the men who want to marry me. Patti was so kind towards me that it allowed me to attract the right man into my life. I was so overwhelmed with the outpour of positive and kind remarks that I cried reading them. Everyone deserves love, and I can’t question my journey, I just have to believe.”
The show was not only a success in finding the beauty queen love but Kenya’s episode broke records in the ratings department. Kenya posted the following photo on her Instagram page with the caption, “Thank you so much for all the love! I’m truly blessed that my fans, old and new, support me in everything I do. You make me and I thank u from the bottom of my heart!”
