Andy Cohen Addresses Casting Rumors & Visiting Bravo Felon Teresa Giudice In Prison
Have you been wondering if convicted felon Teresa Giudice and her boss, Andy Cohen, have been speaking to one another? Well, wonder no more. Andy sat down with E! News, Alicia Quarles, to discuss the ‘Real Housewives’ franchise, specifically the future of “The Real Housewives of New Jersey.” Andy said that Teresa was “constantly on his mind.”
“I haven’t spoken to Teresa yet. Her access to the outside world is obviously limited. Certainly I’m thinking about her. I woke up thinking about her this morning actually.”
Andy admitted to following Teresa’s progress, as she fulfills her 15-month sentence at FCI Danbury, through friend and fellow castmate, Dina Manzo.
“I’m kind of checking in through Dina to find out how she’s doing. By all accounts she’s hanging in there and doing okay. We’ll watch what happens with that.”
Sounds like another one-on-one interview coming our way. But in the meantime, Andy answers what the future holds for RHONJ.
“I haven’t seen any Jersey casting,” Andy said about the rumors. “Here’s the thing: they’re doing a wide net so we haven’t cast Jersey. So anything you’ve heard about casting Jersey is not true right now.”
Most of us have heard the rumors that Tiki Barber’s wife, Traci, as a possible addition/replacement for the New Jersey cast. There have also been rumblings of Cake Boss Buddy Valastro’s wife, Lisa joining the show. Nothing was mentioned during the interview on whether the current NJ cast will remain or if these auditions will have a full sweeping affect.
