Former, “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star, Apollo Nida, has a lot on his plate lately. He’s currently serving an 8-year prison sentence for fraud, been abandon by his wife and kids and now he’s been hit with a another devastating blow.

According to court documents, Apollo’s Bravo paycheck ($50,000) will be garnished by the feds to help satisfy his ginormous restitution penalty of $1.9 million. A federal judge has issued a court order, demanding RHOA production company, True Entertainment garnish Apollo’s wages earned for the current season.

The court order states,

“You are herby required to withhold and retain pending further order, any property, funds, accounts, royalties, wages, monies, stock or earnings of the judgment debtor, including but not limited to any new property of which you obtain custody, control, or possession while this Writ is in effect.
“You are further required by law to answer in writing, under oath, within ten days, after receipt of the Writ, providing the following information: Whether you have any property owned by or due to Apollo Nida, including funds, accounts, monies, stock, earning in your custody, control or possession, a description of the property and the value of the property…the amount you are holding, owe, or anticipate owing to Apollo Nida.”

The 35-year-old reality star has been ordered to pay restitution to the victims of his various crimes, including the State of California, JP Morgan Chase Bank, Delta Airlines Inc., and the U.S. Treasury, in the amount of $1,948,214.85. Restitution is typically ordered for direct, out-of-pocket expenses only, which here might include deductible amounts required for insurance coverage and reimbursement due to theft or fraudulent use of monetary funds.

As if Apollo’s life couldn’t get any worse with all his legal drama, his personal life is in equal peril. His estranged wife, Phaedra Parks, has been working overtime to seemingly portray Apollo as a psychotic man, out to harm his family. Rumors speculate this is the “excuse” Phaedra is using to NOT take their two sons to see their dad in prison. Phaedra stated on a recent episode of the RHOA:

“Because I haven’t made a decision on whether or the children will visit with Apollo, it’s making him act very erratic and angry, but at the end of the day, I don’t care how much Apollo kicks and screams or goes to the club — I will do what’s best for these children,” Phaedra said. “It’s always been my desire to raise strong black men and I don’t ever want them to think that going to jail is acceptable.”

In the video below, Phaedra carefully comments in the clip that she is unjustly being treated as a scape-goat, because “There is no one else left, besides himself, for him to blame.” There is simply no on-camera proof of this attitude, in fact, there has been just the opposite. Apollo has remarked several times that he alone is responsible for his predicament. His comments have reflected that over and over.
