She Pulled The Trigger: Joanna Krupa Files Lawsuit Against Brandi Glanville
As previously reported, erstwhile “Real Housewives of Miami” star, Joanna Krupa, had threatened to sue Brandi Glanville, star of “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” over Brandi’s crude remark about Joanna’s lady parts. If you recall, Brandi impulsively blurted out that Mohamed Hadid allegedly told her that Joanna‘s lady parts reeked. Well, Joanna has made good on her threat and pulled the trigger, she filed a civil suit yesterday against Glanville.
Mohamed is the ex-husband of Yolanda Foster and father of Yolanda‘s three children, Gigi, Bella, and Anwar — the son you never see; and, finally, defendant in Sylvester Stallone‘s lawsuit for alleged fraudulent concealment, breach of oral contract, negligence, and disgorgement of compensation paid to unlicensed contractor.
Let’s relive the November 12, 2013, shall we?
Joanna filed the slander suit on January 22, in Circuit Court and is being represented by attorney, Raymond J. Rafool, II, Esq. Rafool, being no fool, smells money in them that hills of Beverly.
Rafool has been re-tweeting every article he can find mentioning the lawsuit.
For his part, Mohamed has claimed he never made any such statement, and Lisa Vanderpump backs him up. Only outcome for Joanna‘s nuisance lawsuit looks like a settlement from Brandi since she has no defense, what with Mo and Lisa clamming up. Especially since poor Brandi seems to be unable to stop herself, such as during this December 16, 2014, appearance on “Watch What Happens Live” appearance. Roll the tape:
No comment as yet from Joanna‘s husband, Romain Zago, on the state of said ordor.
