Danielle Staub Plotting Her Comeback To ‘RHONJ’ Season 7
Prostitution whore WHO? It looks like former “Real Housewives of New Jersey” star, Danielle Staub, might get the ultimate final word on that barb, hurled from co-star Teresa Giudice, in the early good ol’ days of this Bravo franchise. Teresa is now safely tucked out of the way in a federal cell, and according to Radar Online, the New Jersey villain has kicked things into high gear, rallying for a comeback. Supposedly, Danielle is secretly and tactfully pulling some behind the scenes strings, hoping that a touch of “prostitution whore” could be just what this flailing and directionless show needs.
“Danielle has been reaching out to the newbies of the cast,” a source close to Staub spilled. “She is trying to be sweet in hopes that they will like her and want her to come on the show with them.”
The time is right for a little rookie butt kissing, with twins Teressa and Nicole, as well as Amber Marchese being the alleged intended targets. Jim Marchese confirmed thatDanielle did indeed contact him, perhaps to begin laying the groundwork for the hard sell? The 38-year-old Marchese confirmed:
“Danielle has contacted m. She did reach out to chat. To be honest, she has been nothing but kind and sweet to me. She hasn’t brought up the show unless I’ve brought it up, but she has discussed her experience on the show with me.”
Both Dina and Teresa expressed a desire for Staub to return during last season’s reunion. However, Dina likely made the comment simply to get under Jacqueline Laurita’s skin, and would probably not have much to do with Staub, especially while in a slow reconciliation process, rumored to be currently underway with her sister, Caroline.
“Danielle knows she has no friends in the other cast members,” the source elaborated. “For example, she knows Jacqueline and Caroline would never talk to her or have anything to do with her,” the source adds.
It appears that the newbies would be the soft spots to hit if Danielle has hopes of racking up some choice Bravo brownie points.
“Basically,” the insider concluded, “Danielle is desperate for a return to the show. She’s made that quite clear on social media and her reaching out to the new cast members is an obvious tactic to try to accomplish this goal.”
What do you think? Could Danielle Staub be a ratings booster for a show that desperately needs a fresh dramatic focus?
