#VanderpumpRules Tea: Stassi Schroeder Talks Engagement & Baby Plans!

Vanderpump Rules star Stassi Schroeder is supposedly leaving her wild ways in the past, and the former girlfriend of co-star Jax Taylor is ready to settle down with her new love interest, Patrick Meagher.  She opened up to Wetpaint about her relationship with her newest flame.

“We’re settled,” she tells Wetpaint of her relationship with the Sirus radio host. “I don’t need to meet new people. I don’t need to go out. I don’t need to be wild. We’re at a point where we’re really comfortable with our lives and the way it is. I can’t imagine being single and I can’t imagine not having him.”

Stassi expressed that she is ready to settle down, and that Patrick is indeed a keeper.

 “If tomorrow he proposed, I would be ready,” Stassi says. “We don’t feel the need to experience more of life.”

Does that mean that children are not on the horizon?

“We’ve decided in five years it would be a good time to have a baby,” she says. “I’m not in a rush. It’s as serious as it can get. We’re more settled. We’ve created a home that’s now both of ours. Now there’s just this giant sense of comfort and safety.”

To be honest, I don’t watch Vanderpump Rules…but did I miss something?  Doesn’t marriage kinda play into the phrase “as serious as it can get”?  Stassi also asserted that Patrick likes his privacy, and that she will not be parading him around at Sur.

“He has nothing to do with it,” says Stassi, who reveals she’s now living in Los Angeles again after a stint in New York City. “It’s not his thing. It’s really important to have things be separate.”
