Moving On: Phaedra Parks Sells Home Featured On RHOA!

Everybody knows that “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star Phaedra Parks’ husband is a jailbird serving 8 years in prison and the southern belle is ready to move on!

According to real estate records, the RHOA star has sold her house in the Atlanta suburb of Smyrna. The 4,000-square-foot home sold for $349,900. She purchased the home 13 years ago for $322,000, rendering her a profit of $27k. The Smyrna house was featured on the RHOA during seasons three through six. 

In the beginning of season six, Parks moved to the exclusive Buckhead area of Atlanta. According to property records, her ritzy Buckhead home is listed in her name ONLY! Parks also owns a smaller home in Athens, a little ways outside Atlanta.

Phaedra Parks

Apollo Nida, pled guilty to money laundering and check fraud  in May and was sentenced to eight years in prison. He also has to pay $1.9 million in restitution to his victims.
