The holiday season is in full swing, and it’s the time of year for warm and fuzzy togetherness for MOST families.
One “Real Housewives of New Jersey” family that no one would expect to be snuggling by the fire together, is all the members of the Manzo clan. The feud between sisters, Caroline and Dina Manzo has grown to epic heights, and Twitter has been a social media battleground for Dina and her sister-in-law Jacqueline, as well as between their daughters, cousins Lexi and Ashlee.
It looks like miracles do happen, as evidenced on Twitter and Instagram, where photos of the Manzo cousins on a holiday family outing in Manhattan were splashed all over, probably bringing their surprised followers to all sigh a collected AAAAAAWWWW! The biggest shocker was that Dina’s daughter, Lexi was included, and all of the cousins seemed to be laughing and having a good time.
Caroline and Al Manzo were the leaders of the pack, and Caroline was tweeting the details, even including her sister, Dina, in the giddy fun. GASP!! Is this forever feud finally fading away??
Caroline fondly posted the following photos of the happy family outing which includes Dina’s daughter, Lexi in many of the pics.
Just in case you’re wondering if this is a joke and we’re all on MTV’s “Punk’d,” think again. Dina Manzo confirmed the ceasefire, when she joined the love-parade by tweeting, “You’re all very kind. Things have been good for a bit just wanted to keep it private for a minute~Not everything needs to be done w cameras.”
Jacqueline Laurita also expressed her joy when she responded to another friendly tweet from Dina Manzo.
Could this be the first small step on a long road to reconciliation between Dina and Lexi…and the rest of the Manzos and Lauritas? It looks like Lexi wants to move forward. Let’s hope that her stubborn, spoiled mother follows her example, and this is just the beginning.
