On the heels of her 15-month prison sentence for multiple fraud charges, it appears the stress is getting to Bravo’s convicted felon, Teresa Giudice.

Over the weekend, she tweeted the cancellation of an upcoming Oct. 8 Fabellini event. “Hi, I just want to be clear there will be no Fabellini appearance this week.”

“The Fabellini Wine’Down Wednesday” event was book at Bibi’z Restaurant and Lounge in Westwood, NJ. The event was advertised to her fans, affectionately known as TreHuggers, an opportunity to purchase an autographed bottle of Fabellini and have their photo taken with her. The event promoter, released the following statement:

Due to the recent, very unfortunate circumstances at hand,#TERESAGIUDICE will Not be appearing at Bibi’z Restaurant & Lounge on October 8th. This event is Canceled. Disregard flyer below. We apologize for any inconvenience and hope you all understand. Have a safe weekend.”

Attending the event would clearly send mix messages to the public as her mantra has been, “My kids need me.”  Although her kids were a distant reminder when she was knowingly committing felony fraud. Perhaps if she had lived within her means she wouldn’t have to work so hard now to pay high legal bill and a $13.4 million dollar debt.

Teresa and her husband, Joe Giudice, were sentenced on fraud charges on October 2. Teresa was handed 15-months in prison by a federal judge on multiple fraud charges. The RHONJ “star” has to surrender to authorities on January 5, 2015. Judge Esther Salas also gave Teresa’s husband Joe Giudice a 3.5 years for bankruptcy, bank and mortgage fraud charges.

As we reported, on Monday, Oct. 6 at 9:00 pm EST, the taped appearance of the Giudices on “Watch What Happens Live” for a one-on-one with Andy Cohen.
