Real Housewives of Miami Renewed for Another Season!

Happy Monday, Miami drama lovers!!

We have a reason to celebrate, because Lalate News is reporting that “The Real Housewives of Miami” is back, and will debut this spring. Four former cast members will be featured in the new season, and producers are also hoping to add some new faces to the mix. Adriana de Moura, Lisa Hochstein, Alexia Echevarria, and being upgraded from ‘friend’ to full time Housewife, Marysol Patton are all returning. The planned production schedule is apparently underway, and the cameras are expected to  follow the Miami women from summer into late fall.  It looks as though filming went on at Alexia’s recent Venue Magazine 8th Anniversary party, based on several tweets and cast photos shared by Echevarria.

As we previously reported, Joanna Krupa quit the show. She said in an interview, she’s FINISHED with the “The Real Housewives of Miami,” and has no plans to return. Joanna stated, regardless if the show returns for another season or not, she’s done! Perhaps, Joanna is still salty over the last RHOM reunion drama. A lot of below the belt digs were made against her and maybe she’s had enough of the mud slinging.

I am excited about this, and was disappointed when it looked like this franchise had bitten the dust.  While the cast lacks chemistry, the setting is visually beautiful! The women are colorful individually…they just seem to lack the compelling relationship dynamics needed to keep an audience interested. Maybe Bravo will come through with some solid additions to fill in the gaps. I am personally ready for the homes, clothes, beaches, and some REAL wealthy glamour!  After watching a season of trashy, broke New Jersey, it will be a a very welcome change and a sight for POOR eyes!
