Apollo Nida Surrenders or Maybe Not: Where The Hell Is Apollo Nida?
Where is Waldo….oops…I mean, APOLLO!!!
Yesterday, media reports suggested the former “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star went AWOL and did not report to FMC Lexington Federal Prison in Lexington, Kentucky as ordered by the court.
Then today at 2:30 a.m. EST, Apollo posted the following video on his Instagram page, claiming he arrived at the prison and he’s “about to go asunder.” Then to cement the idea he was turning himself in, Apollo tweeted the following message:
Apollo Nida was suppose to report to FMC Lexington Federal Prison in Lexington, Kentucky, yesterday (September 10th) at 12:00 p.m. EST.
Now in a new video, Apollo is claiming he turned himself in, HOWEVER, according to the BOP database, Apollo Nida is not in their custody.
At the time of this blog, Apollo E. Nida, is still not in the custody of the Bureau of Prisons (BOP).
The BOP has an automated system shared by the entire federal prison system. Once a person is admitted to any federal prison facility, the incoming inmate goes through a registration process which involves adding them into the BOP database and assigning them a prisoner number. The system updates are automated, so if Apollo surrendered early this morning, he would have been in the BOP database immediately.
So again, I ask….where the hell is Apollo Nida!!!
