Amber Marchese on Watch What Happens Live
Famous actor, David Arquette and “Real Housewives of New Jersey” star, Amber Marchese appeared on “Watch What Happens Live,” last night.
Of course the main topic was her explosive fight between Amber and twins, Nicole Napolitano and Teresa Aprea. Amber spilled the tea on last night’s episode and her costars.
The first shot fired was aimed at Dina Manzo, Amber said:
“That’s rough. Well, I don’t think she knows my husband well enough to even say that. She never gave him the chance or the time of day to get to know him and when you know him you love him.”
David Arquette chimed in with his two cents, telling Amber that Jim’s put down of the women bad.
“You have to understand, I just was attacked downstairs,” Amber said. “And we come upstairs and they are all trying to come at him. It’s like whoa.”
David tells Amber that Jim’s “also not a good look. [But] he seems like a sweet enough guy but.” Before he could finish his sentence, Amber blurts out “but watch out, he’ll sue you.” What’s with Amber & Jim and suing people and finding glee in it? Not cool!
Next Amber dishes on each of her costars:
- Melissa Gorga is a backstabber
- Teresa Giudice is described as powerful, strong woman. (insert your own joke here)
- Nicole Napolitano is a Shakespearean tragedy.
- Dina Manzo is kind of zen, but kinda not liking her right now
- Teresa Aprea is called miserable.
Then the clip of Jim Marchese’s Talking Head is shown. You know the one where he threatens to sue. In a Talking Head, Jim fires off his fighting words in rapid succession:
“I’m trained as an attorney. If I want to hurt you, I’m going to sue you. I’m going to leverage your house. I’m gonna give you three years of hell in a courtroom. I’m going to bleed you financially, and I’m going to humiliate you by deposing you for eight hours and make you my bitch.”
Sidenote: Never wish bad for others because the bad you wish for them will happen to you.
Amber response is:
“It’s hard. I think it was just a very heated moment. He had just watched me get attacked and everyone was coming at him at the same time. He was watching Bobby sit on the side and not do a damn thing. And he also knew he was in that position because of Bobby. Because Bobby was twisting his words around and exaggerating what my husband said and the reasons why he didn’t go to bowling night. It was a little over the top. We just wanted to get the hell out of there.”
When a caller asks why did Jim appear on the show if he could not be around Joe Giudice. Amber responds (cue the violins):
“Because this was my dream and my husband was just supporting me. He wanted to make me happy, he’s just that good of a husband. Originally he thought he could separate just hanging out with me and doing scenes with the family and the children versus being amongst the guys.”
Caller #2 asks Amber if she was called a homewrecker by the twins, what would she have done. Amber says:
“I would just want to have a discussion. That’s the bottom line. We could talk about things and give each other the chance and opportunity to see where the source was. Where did you hear it from?”
The next caller wanted to know why can’t Amber take responsibility for the gossip she told Melissa. All caught on camera.
“I did say it. If Nicole would have approached me in a more diplomatic manner I would have apologized up and down and said, ‘I’m sorry.’ But that’s not how she handled it.”
The final caller’s question was about the couple’s perception on the show. How did Amber feel her and Jim were being viewed.
“I think personally I’m 50/50. And I really had a healthy understanding that that’s a good possibility that it would be. I don’t think Jim is being received very well at all. I know he’s polarizing. I get that because he firm in what he believes and is very passionate and that’s what you guys are seeing.”
The poll results are in and it’s a landslide, 81% of the voters are Team Melissa. The results are shocking and it seems to be just as startling to Amber, she says:
“I was attacked. That’s never a good thing. No matter what the circumstances are, it’s never okay to put your hands on somebody else. EVER!”
