As we reported, after a major ratings boost in season 6, all the ladies of “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” will be back FULL TIME for season 7. Despite Porsha Williams’ savage attack on Kenya Moore and subsequent arrest, the network has decided not to fire Porsha and bring her back for another season. Great example Bravo!
A source tells Hollywood Life that Kenya Moore is furious and very concerned for her safety with regards to Porsha’s return to RHOA. Can you blame her? Porsha has proven to be volatile and easily provoked.
Like most viewers, the former Miss USA and “Celebrity Apprentice” contestant thought Porsha would be fired for violating Bravo’s “no violence” policy. However, after the incident aired, Porsha went on a media blitz, playing victim, making wild allegations of being bullied by Kenya Moore and abused by her ex-husband, Kordell Stewart. And it appears her PR
stunt campaign worked because she’ll be holding a peach next season.
Which leads many to ponder, if Porsha Williams was indeed bullied by Kenya Moore, why would she want to return to a show that caused her so much turmoil?
According to the site, Ms. Moore feels utterly threatened by Porsha and is not taking any chances with Ms. Williams again. Kenya has made the wise decision to hire a security team to accompany her on set whenever she’s filming with Porsha — smart girl! No need to get into physical altercations with an individual who is intellectually challenged and quick to resort to violence.
Hollywood Life’s source spilled the tea:
“When Kenya has to tape with Porsha, she’s considering having bodyguards surrounding her, with the police on speed dial. You just never know when Porsha will flip the script and act out and Kenya wants to be more than well prepared.”
Kenya’s security team would potentially ensure Porsha keeps her hands to herself so that Kenya can feel at ease to speak her mind without the threat of physical violence. The source added:
“Kenya‘s still hurt and taken aback by this behavior and feels she did absolutely nothing to provoke Porsha. If she wants a fight, fine. Fight with your words and not your mouth.”
On April 16, 2014, the Atlanta Police Department, charged Porsha Williams with misdemeanor battery for physically assaulting Kenya Moore.
Perhaps, this is why in a recent interview, Porsha expressed a desire to work out her differences with Kenya. Listen to the interview here:
