Felons By Bravo: Nene Leakes Criminal Record Revealed
NeNe Leakes has quite the criminal past.
In 1992, The Real Housewives of Atlanta, star was arrested and charged with 3 felony and one misdemeanor counts of “theft of services” from the phone company. The article states:
“NeNe settled on a plea agreement, where she pled guilty to all four counts and was put on two years’ probation and ordered to repay $2,650. Over the next two years, though, she was arrested three more times for probation violations.”
While I’m not shocked by this revelation, I am rolling my eyes at the hypocrisy. Nene behaves as if everyone else has a criminal past and likes to throw shade at Marlo “Check Her Charges” Hampton for her charges while her windows are just as dirty. As the ole saying goes, “If you live in a glass house don’t throw stones.”
Nene has come a long way and changed her life for the better with her new found celebrity but she should never forget where she came from.
