Eddie Cibrian Is Asking His Ex-Wife, Brandi Glanville For Child Support!
According to sources and Brandi’s twitter feed, Eddie has served the mouthy Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star with a petition for child support. Not to worry Brandi fans, she’s making sure to tweet and guzzle wine while screaming to the heavens about how unfair her ex-hubby and his new wife are.
We’ve all heard it before, LeAnn has a net worth of $20 million dollars, Cibrian and Rimes just purchased a new $3 million 6-bedroom home in the elite Hidden Hills neighborhood last year; Eddie won’t let the boys bring their iPads to my house, blah, blah blah. Sounds like Eddie is living in the lap of luxury and it’s killing Brandi. All Brandi has is leftover memories for her newly released book, Drinking & Dating: P.S. Social Media Is Ruining Romance.
Ironically, Brandi felt the need to tweet the following earlier today for all of her followers to read & of course re-tweet:
Im not taking cheap shots at my ex in my new book cuz its all true,&now mr fancy new cars&house man is asking ME for child support!Uknownada
— Brandi Glanville (@BrandiGlanville) February 18, 2014
Unfortunately, that brazen tweet was followed by one of surprise:
“I’m not taking cheap shots at my ex in my new book cuz its all true & now Mr. Fancy new cars & house man is asking me for child support! Uknownada.” (This tweet was later deleted)
And as we’ve all become accustomed to, the “woe is me” tweets:
2 all these young unmarried bloggers writing about getting over divorce¬ seeing ur children grow up 1/2 the time, walk a mile in my shoes.

All About The Tea did some investigation into Brandi’s latest claim and was surprised to learn that in the State of California anyone can file a petition for child support. Despite the fact that they have joint custody, if Eddie’s income is low enough he does indeed qualify to petition the court to garnish Brandi’s Bravo paycheck and book proceeds. In fact, Brandi could also be ordered to provide health insurance for the boys.
Truth of the matter is, while LeAnn may happily support her deadbeat Eddie, she has no obligation to do so for his children. Brandi, LeAnn and Eddie have battled numerous times through twitter wars and it seems as though they’re happy to listen to the court of public opinion. Sadly the fans can’t accompany any of them in court. Stay tuned.
