Supermodel, Real Housewives of Atlanta star, and CEO of The Bailey Agency School of Fashion, Cynthia Bailey recently conducted an interview with Jet Magazine to clear up a few misconceptions.

The internet has been on fire lately with gossip of Apollo Nida’s arrest and identity theft/bank fraud charges. Many are speculating other castmates could possibly be involved in the scam and also charged. While Phaedra Parks and Apollo Nida have been tight lipped on their legal woes, Cynthia Bailey opened up to Jet Magazine’s Entertainment Director to address rumors.

On her hubby, Peter Thomas involvement in the scam, Cynthia stated:

“I can’t speak on Apollo, but I can say that Peter Thomas doesn’t have anything to do with a bank fraud scandal to my knowledge. The feds are not sitting outside of our house. That is just not accurate information, and this is the first time that I have heard rumors that Peter is involved in any way.”

On the relationship with Cynthia and her sister Malorie, Cynthia expressed:

“I am now in a much better place and I am glad that she came back to hang out with me … until she went back and told Peter some stuff that I told her. I feel like I should be able to talk to my husband about certain things and my girls about certain things, without them going back and telling any of that information. But Mal is my only sister and we are very close. I need my sister in my life. I don’t need her to stay with us for two months at a time, but I do need to see my girl.”

Cynthia was then asked about her co-star, Kenya Moore’s mystery “African Prince” and she had this to say:

“I have never actually met her African Prince. No, I have never met her man before. I have heard about him and I look forward to meeting him one day.”

Tune in Sundays on Bravo at 7/8 PM EST to watch The Real Housewives of Atlanta.
